The walls are a little thin and the HVAC fan wasn't working, but those are minor complaints!

Great location in the lower east side! I was impressed with the layout of the rooms, which while small, were cleverly designed. The lounge area was great to work from, and the staff were all wonderful.

Nice and central hotel. Even while it was scorching hot. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and everything quite modern. Was able to stream to the tv without any hassle and the AC, lights and shutters were controlled by a tablet.

There’s nothing we did not enjoy

The fact that I could do anything from the app and/or the tablet in the room. That sleep mode was truly the best, knocked us out so quick.

We knew the room was going to be small as we had seen reviews, but although very well designed not being able to access both sides of the double bed was a bit of a problem for us.

Really clean and buzzy great breakfast which was excellent value and friendly staff. Very modern and really well thought out Design. Lovely roof bar which we enjoyed on both evenings. Had inside and outside locations.

The rooms are tiny. Get prepared to wash the teeth right at the door and the bed from wall to wall. Enough if you plan to just sleep at the room . Gym has no water

If you get this room size, both people cannot have a carryon luggage suitcase and be able to have it open/accessible...which would be a pain. I think the one way they could potentially improve upon this is to add a large shelf above the bench that is low enough to reach your belongings but high enough to not impede someone putting their luggage on the bench...also it would have to be large enough to hold an open carry on luggage. I was solo so not an issue for me.

Soft close doors meant I didn't hear anyone coming in and out of their rooms!!! Quiet. Adjustable lighting at mirror was nice., full length mirror. Nice towels and bedding, great view. Automatic curtains and blackout curtains. Easy connection to TV to cast music/media. Appreciated the hooks near the entrance to hang purses/bags. Enjoyed the shower and it was big enough even w the small space -very efficient design. The community space on lower level was nice and the rooftop had great views.

At night it seems a little unsafe because of the overall area so I wouldn’t necessarily walk alone late at night.

The “living room” and bar area were great. You can get what you need at all hours or do work, hang out. The hotel overall was very clean and inviting and the staff were always so helpful

Maybe a room higher up, but even that would be a small adjustment as our view from the 7th floor was still very good.

The first impression is that the room is too small for two people, but once you get situated, you realize that the space is designed very well and that you have everything you need. The bed was excellent, as was the shower, and the blinds and small fridge as well as the coffee at the common area all make for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing, wonderful people, wonderful view, everything as described! Loved the breakfast especially for that price in NY. The gym was also great and clean, rooftop has amazing views.
