Too much reliance on technology, or at least, that's what they appeared to be trying to figure out. Check in was on an iPad and very confusing (I needed the help of the person there so what was the point?)

The location in Miami Beach is great. It is very central to a lot that's popular and new. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room, hotel is cold and ac doesn’t heat up enough. Many hotels provides Chairs and umbrella for Miami Beach , citizen is not.

The bed being close to the wall. You can only get in the bed from one side the other person has to crawl over to get in. If I was staying more than one night I don’t think I would’ve been able to do it.

I love the location of the property walking distance to both shops and beach (15 min) when walking through the shopping area.

Minibar/fridge was empty and rather small. Although you could choose to have housecleaning every day, I don't think they quite dusted all surfaces. Otherwise, cleaning was excellent, new bedsheets and towels every day. The air conditioning is always on and even the warmest setting was rather chilly. Breakfast ($25, not included) was ok, but there was no toaster. Pool open only until 7.30 p.m. even though it's still daytime at 9. The shower pressure could be better.

How comfortable the bed was. My daughter especially liked the in-room iPad with which she could control (and play with) the lights in the shower, curtains, blinds, etc. The room is on the smaller side, which is not necessarily a bad thing. It is contemporary yet cozy. The design overall of the hotel is modern and well-crafted. Kids under 10 don't pay for breakfast ($25)

The room was very modern, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the best accommodation options in Miami!

It's not really a complaint...but I like to hear white noise (i.e. the blowing of the a/c or a fan) so to say "I didn't like it" because I couldn't hear the blowing of the air con is crazy lol! it's me. My husband felt the bed was a bit "too firm" for him but we enjoyed the sleeping quarters. I think he would have preferred a slightly larger room. But all in all, no real complaints.

I thought the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us to set up our uber account since we were having trouble as international travelers. They helped us with anything we asked. You can tell they feel seen and valued at this establishment.

The aesthetics were great, it felt like you were in an abstract art museum. It was cool and chic. The rooms are the cutest ever. I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again. One of the best places to stay in Miami.
