It’s cheaper.

I cancelled one last night that i didn’t a refund. The manager told me i will get one, sent a message to the property, no response.

The window did not keep the room quiet my family and I couldn’t sleep because of all the noise from outside.

That it was next to a freeway and all night we heard the cars go by.

The location.

The pool was put of service both nights. Even though my mother in law is 128 years old they still put her in a 3rd floor room

The staff us super friendly and attentive.

This is a decent place to stay for its value. My biggest complaint would be that the pool was closed and the dinning room for breakfast was under renovation so everything for the complimentary breakfast was put into a tiny room where only 6 people fit it maximum. If you’re going to visit soon make sure to call and ask if these amenities are available. As for the rooms the shower head is quiet dirty and so is the drain(it was a rusty color).

It was being remodeled. Breakfast was staged in a room with no place to sit, and no A/C the A/C in our room made noise all night

Room was dirty bed not made. Gave me another room with no AC and Functional TV so requested a refund

Convenient

The wifi is very very .. slow so if you need to work using wifi, it is a nightmare.

Close proximity to the border.

4 pm check in. That is way too late. I arrived after a 7 hour drive and had to wait in my car for 2 hours because I couldn’t check in until 4 pm. Your lobby was closed and they wouldn’t even let me use a restroom.
