get the remodel done!!!!

Rooms have been remodled so they were nice, but still doing all of the lobby and other places and ouside, The only thing was not enough towels for king room and then they came in a took our 2 towels and never returned any asked for more and got two towekls no shower mat so slippery and no hand towels or what not. but otherwise good stay. Since the pandemic hotels don't clean but they should update ypur supplies.

Construction was loud,room window was cover by plastic so no view..room key stopped working night crew was sleeping had to wait almost ten minutes to get there attention to reset my key.

Not in a good area at all amd every thing around the hotel was so uninviting I won’t be coming back here at all

I didn’t know there was a breakfast when I checked in the woman dis not tell me anything the next morning my husband saw what looked like breakfast somewhere near the lobby but we weren’t sure if we were invited as we were not notified! The woman who checked us in was quite rude also ..

The staff was unprofessional in their demeaner and their attire. Tacky neon colored signs about no smoking and no pets all throughout the hallways and room. They could have professional signs printed and displayed. The bed had plastic sheets underneath which made a noise every time you moved and the mattress was too hard. I've never slept in plastic sheets in a hotel room, ever. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The staff...when we checked in on Friday, 16th, we weren't even greeted, not even a hello. It took the girl behind the desk a few minutes to even make eye contact. It gave me a shady vibe with her wardrobe, like it was a cheap motel vibe. The glittery bra straps with a tank top totally threw me off. I thought we'd be staying in a place a little more like Best Western, it felt more like a Motel. However, the next day at check out, the gentleman behind the desk (around 8am) was friendly, courteous and helpful. Completely different from the interaction we had at check in.

I did like the comfortable bedding and dark curtains to help sleep.

We have stayed here quite a bit. I understand that their renovating while we were there, but our toiletseat was very loose, I just tighten it. They don't have wash cloths. We stayed there on Nov. 22, and checked out on Nov. 25th . We still haven't received our deposit back for 95.00. I spoke to the receptionist and she said she couldn't find it. She said check with my bank. She said it takes 48 hrs. To 7 days, it's past that. Now we stayed there Dec. 1st checked out Dec. 3rd, still waiting for my refund deposit. Their quick to charge but very slow to refund deposit. Oh and also both nights the fire alarm went off at 2 am. The receptionist was not friendly at all. SORRY.

I liked the nearby eating places, wasn't far from family. We felt safe with the area outside.

So, the room was clean but the shower had little pressure and the a.c. didn't cool the entire room.

There was a bug on the bed. The toilet was hard to flush. Only 2 towels. I think there should be at least one more toilet paper roll, just for good measure. Only one small shampoo bottle. Not a big issue, but room wasn't very pleasing to the eyes. Hotel was a bit messy in general.

Night staff, she was awesome. Super helpful. Location was good. Bed, comfortable. Fridge, microwave, lights, pool/jacuzzi 'til 11pm, A.C., shower, Bible! 👍🏻
