The 1st room was run down and had roaches on floor.. The outside door wouldn't shut properly and was afraid someone would pop it opening and come get us, so we barricaded ourselves in..

Very nice and when had problems with 1st room they moved us to a better room without any questions.

The HVAC was a little loud, but that was white noise that masked noises the neighbors made when they arrived around midnight. They quieted down, but it wasnt too bad.

It was a good deal. The building was old, but it seemed renovated fairly recently. For a budget hotel, its one of the better once I have stayed.

We had several rooms booked. Multiple rooms weren’t up to standard. Strong smell of pot in one. Another full of tools and ladders.

The air did not work in our room making it hard to sleep. It was looked at and a little better the second night, but still overly warm. Travel friends room had a great temp.

Toilet didn't work very well. At one point we had to have a plumber come in. The main reason we chose this location was for it's indoor pool. But the pool was not heated & it was too cold to swim in. Very disappointed about that. There were many great things about the place (staff, breakfast, cleanliness, peaceful courtyard, etc) but the freezing cold pool & toilet problems were big issues to me.

The location (right off the turnpike) was great. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The indoor area was so peaceful & restful.

The location is mostly used by working crews in the area. But that's not really a bad thing.. it's just what they seem to accommodate to. The men on the crews can be a little rowdy for a while as they wind down for the night but it won't keep us from staying.

Second stay and just as great as the first! I appreciate the value and the location while we are in town visiting my daughter at college! The breakfast is wonderful and we will definitely be staying there again when we come back.

My son and I stayed in a double room that faced the backside of the facility, and unfortunately, that seemed to be the party spot for locals. 2:00 am loud talking and smoking and partying right outside our door. It scared my son a bit. I didn't feel threatened, but it was very annoying. I'm sure that's out of the control of the facility, but still, when we book again, I will definitely ask for a different room location.

The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

It felt like a constant swamp in the room. Very humid and dark. I think it would have been okay if we could open the windows, but the room faced inwards towards the open indoor courtyard/pool area. We would have had to jeopardize all of our privacy just to open the shades to let light in. The windows were huge, spanded the full length of the wall and went all the way down to the floor. Also, the bathroom floors and walls could use an upgrade, it was clean but old and dingy.

We were very grateful to find a room in Chickasha. We had secured reservations in Lawton for Army graduation, but they canceled due to pipes bursting and left us without a place to stay for 3 nights as the entire town was completely booked. Here, the rooms were affordable last minute, showers had awesome pressure, A/C worked and the beds were comfortable and clean. It was far better than staying in our rental car at that point.

The rooms seem dated. There wasn’t a way to get bottled water. The person on duty when I checked in wasn’t very pleasant. She seemed a bit put out when I told her I didn’t want to be on the backside of the property where the doors opened to the outside.

The courtyard was a great feature.

We was there on a random weekday and I guess there was a family reunion staying there. And everyone was was so helpful and friendly And it was the best breakfast I ever had at a hotel.

The room needs more maintenance, the shower doesn't drain properly. The curtains are tore, old etc.

Breakfast is decent, the staff in the dinning room were very attentive.
