Bunk beds were a little bit of a challenge for grown women to contend with. 😆 Supplied, wall-mounted blow dryer cord was too short to reach plug in downstairs bathroom. Noise from street traffic.

No book in house to explain how to use things, check out details… we wanted to pull sheets, take out trash, but had no idea of when or expectations. Maybe book was accidentally removed?

Good location- easy and comfortable walk to the convention center. Felt safe in the area. House was very clean. Comfortable living room. Kurig and pods for use. Nice new sheets. Off street parking. Alarm system. Responsive host.

The sofa in the living room appears to be deteriorating and lacks the expected level of comfort.

The property was incredibly spacious and truly made my family and me feel at home. It was so inviting, which added to the warmth of our time together.

The first day my parents lost the closet shelves in their room. The shelves fell in after they hung some of their clothing. Although I did reach out to property manager they were more eager tell me there would be no concessions instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they told me about the 30 guest that have stayed before me and the two inspections they have had all year. Frankly if the property is being used that much there should be more inspections. They also went on to inform me that the problem would be fixed after our stay. There wasnt much instruction left on how to use the facilities therefore some of our experience was missed Im sure. It took us a while to figure out AC. We never figured ice maker out or more likely it didn’t work.No Alexa instructions . There was also no privacy in kitchen and part of living area because the patio door in kitchen were missing several slats and the others were old and bent so the blinds was basically open .

The space for our family of 7 was perfect the location was perfect on the transit line and minutes from Boardwalk and outlet center.

TOTALLY nothing to not like about this property.

Accessibility to everything! Most of the hotels on the strip, & boardwalk are just 10 mins or less away. There is a park just across the property for you to do a leisure walk. The house has a happy atmosphere, and has a cute porch, & backyard, with a grill. Kitchen has the essentials, and will be even more perfect with just a supply of wrapping left over food, like foil, Saran Wrap, Ziplocks, etc. to make it more convenient for guests. For guests who need to do a lil work away from home, the property’s WiFi is reliable. There are 3 TVs too, for bigger families’ downtime. Alexa Echo Dot is absolutely a plus!

The house was very neat and decorated beautifully. All the appliances made it convenient and it was close to everything we wanted to see in Atlantic City. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. The outside patio was lovely and we would stay there again.

We didn’t get clear instructions on the operation of the keyless door entrance & as well as the alarm system itself (as it pertained to the front door & back deck door). The closet doors in the King bedroom needed repairing or replacing. There was no lid on the toilet downstairs in the 2nd bedroom. There was a lot trash bags in the back yard near the shed, which were there when we arrived. Also the grill was propane not charcoal or propane as we were told. All in all, there wasn’t much not to like.

We loved the location of the property from the beach and boardwalk. It was in a quiet community, clean, cozy, relaxing atmosphere, and the decor was very beautiful. The rooms were cool to sleep in and having the alarm & security camera was a plus. It was definitely worth the money!

I didn’t like that I couldn’t turn off the living room ceiling light without turning off the fan.

The location of the property was ideal and the home was beautiful decorated felt very welcoming.

I struggled with the temperature settings in the house. The house stayed cold, and it was times we had to open the patio to bring some warm air in the house. We had dust and old bottle caps under our beds from previous guest so that made me feel a little paranoid about the house cleanliness. So, under the beds needed to be cleaned better but really no problems. The house had ant traps around, but we didn't have any crawling on us or in the kitchen.

I liked how the home was close to everything you pretty much wanted to do. I loved that the beach was close to drive too. We spent much of our time on the beach and boardwalk. I loved the location.

The only issue we had was trying to figure out the tv remote controls but it gave us time to talk and reminisce more.

Great rental home for our three day Atlantic City Golf and Casino weekend. The four bedrooms and two bath split level home was very clean, comfortable and very well appointed with all the things we needed.

Again, the house and host were great! We, personally, felt just a bit uncomfortable with having privacy in regard to the surveillance devices. However, we understand the need to be cautious about your property. We have the same devices at home and use them to drop in/check in on the kids and our pet when we are away:)We feel if the devices were limited to the common areas, all would have been great!

The house was beautiful, just like the pictures! The host was very nice and very responsive. It is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood; yet, it is convenient to shops and the beach.
