This is not our first time at the charter club and it won’t be our last. Located in a quiet location close to 5th St and the beach. The condo is fully equipped home from home from hair dryers to ironing boards. Spacious bedrooms-lounge-kitchen. The balconies are 25 feet long with anti-bug screens fitted. The pool overlooks the sea, for us it’s a must we take advantage of the BBQ’s. my son excels his self flipping the steaks. If you like fishing, you can get free rods etc from reception and use their private jetty to fish from. All the staff are excellent. On site parking is free. No smoking policy. But for those who like a nice cigar, just round the corner from the fire station you will find a very friendly cigar lounge. If you’re looking for a peaceful relaxing friendly location look no further. Our next trip is in the diary.

From meeting the staff on arrival to leaving everything was perfect- no more than perfect I will be returning soon.

Not a negative but would have been good to be able to rent bikes post 6pm to take to the beach but completely understand due to staffing that’s not possible.

We were in one of the newly renovated condos and it was outstanding. All bedside cabinets had usb charging points and the decor was beautiful

They accommodation is looking a bit tired but the whole complex is just about to go through z refurbishment. The tiki bar did not stay open in line with the hours displayed which was a little disappointing.

The staff were excellent especially the ones on the front desk. Location is what you pay for. Pool area lovely & clean

Very noisy location--busy intersection--trucks, traffic, even hard to cross the street. Then the airport--planes zooming overhead all day. poorly equipped kitchen.

Excellent location wonderful staff very clean. We go every year in February to the car show on fifth we bring the family go out to dinner and enjoy a few nights. We also vacation two weeks out of the year in July. We are owners of a timeshare at the charter club we love the destination, and the community is wonderful.

Very good location and easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces and wonderful pool and bar area. Maybe a lite pricey, but super-clean with great facilities - including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Also 2 bathrooms! You

A bit pushy on checkout, called twice at 10:05am and 10:15am to ask (politely) if we had vacated yet. A bit noisy with almost constant grounds maintenance, hedge cutting, grass cutting, etc.

Really good space, the kitchen, dining area and living room were excellent size. The balcony was great to sit in the evenings. The resort staff really friendly and accommodating. Free loan of bikes and beach gear. Pool and Hot tub area well maintained, free and easy parking.

We enjoyed the apartment. Only one shower worked! A lot of construction going on so the yard outside our bedroom was a continuous line of construction trucks early in am. Very noisy. I’m sure it’s not usually like this, but happened to be so during our stay. The pool was fabulous!

is it really a law that 1. children under 14 need to be with an adult at the pool? my 11 year old grandson would have been ok 2. no of your own drinks (in plastic) at pool?

The staff very professional and friendly, especially Marvin Cabrera, Front Office Manager at Charter Club Resort. who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

If I had to complain about something. We wished we could’ve had a better view of the ocean. We stayed on the third floor (no elevator) and our view was obstructed by trees. Still great though.

The location was great. I have been coming down there for past ten years I was disappointed this time around. First, The water pressure in the showers were non existent and the water came out brown and yellow at first. The toilets wouldn't flush all the time and if they did you needed to shut the top because the pressure would shoot the toilet water everywhere. Second, The floors were dirty. Regardless if I was bare feet or wearing sox, The bottom of my foot was black. Third, The couch was horrible. The worst ever. Throw the thing out. You couldn't sit on the couch without having the feeling that you were falling off or sliding off. We sat in chairs which comfort isn't the best. Overall, We were disappointed in our stay. It wasn't like the past years where things were working and clean. Hopefully next year it will improve or we might need to start looking for another destination in Naples.

The location was great. I have been coming down there for past ten years I was disappointed this time around. I liked that parking was available.
