It had signs of hurricane damage. Apparently, it's under renovation. Perhaps this is the reason we kept hearing the sounds of furniture being moved all around us. This sounds silly, but the toilet was the worst I've ever used.

The price point was very good considering the hotel is on the bay. It wasn't terribly far from Coachman Park, which is where our plans took us. The staff was there but left us alone, and, as stated earlier, it was clean.

Sam the Hotel Manager was marvellous and would do everything reasonably possible to make your stay enjoyable. We had rooms on the top floor overlooking the Marina which was great for enjoying the early morning and drinks on the balcony in the evening.

It’s a bit dated. But I like simple. If you’re looking for a 5 star accommodations it’s not for you. It’s old Florida which I like.

Quiet property with a Bay view. Sam the owner, could not have been more amazing and accommodating!! She and her team, Maria and Kelly are extraordinary people! If you’re looking for an high end place and want to party this is not the place for you. If you want to chill and relax after a busy day, this is the place! Suites fully furnished, the extra cost to have a view of the Bay is so totally worth it. The layout of the place is perfect and you will NOT hear noises from the adjacent suites. Trolley is just a street over, great for getting around. We will definitely return to the Chart House Suites! Thanks again Sam for the excellent hospitality!!

I couldn’t get the room cool enough. I think it was because the sun was shining in and the ac kept shutting off when it was at temperature but it was still warm.

Plumbing wasn't good. Poor drainage in the bathroom Bathroom fittings worn and troublesome. Water not very hot. Lamps not working. Toaster not working. No daily room service.

Very good welcome by friendly and helpful staff. The view was amazing. The small pool was warm and the sun terrace nice. The room was clean. Bed linen, towels and sheets good quality. Nice complimentary toiletries.

There was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Excellent location, beautiful views! The view from the balcony is the best! Water, boats and sunrises. The hotel is not brand new ,small hotel but it's not crowded with tourists, no long waits for an elevator, rooms are very clean. The front desk lady is very polite and helpful. I will stay here again...
