A Hidden Gem in Sherman Oaks; Perfect in Every Way I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming, bright, and beautifully maintained home in Sherman Oaks, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, Michael, the host, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. The home itself is spotless, serene, and incredibly well equipped. Just bring your clothes and settle in. Everything feels brand new, from the furnishings to the amenities, and it is clear a lot of care has gone into making this a true home away from home. It is safe, secure, and the private parking is a huge bonus in LA. What really sets this place apart, though, is the peaceful vibe. It is amazingly quiet and tranquil, yet just a short walk to great restaurants, Pavillions, and everything you might need. It is rare to find a place that feels this private while still being so well located. Highly, highly recommended. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Michael.

There is a beep sound coming sometimes from somewhere, not sure if it was the wind.

The cleanliness, it is like a home, huge TV and nice kitchen with all basics. The room has a desk and is super cozy. The grocery store is just a walk away. Great location.

We had some issues with bed linen (maybe caused because of early check-in), but the host bought new ones and delivered them to us immediately. The host should work on cleanness. It seems that he does the cleaning on his own. At first moment, the house looked clean, but I recommend to hire a professional cleaning company, especially for the kitchen and bathrooms. A/C vents in rooms need inspection for proper working.

We booked the whole house. (But the Host offers book rooms separately). The host was excellent. We asked him for an early check-in. He had no problem with that even though it was at 9.30 AM. Street and surroundings look safe. People on the street walk dogs, do running and walking. The location was excellent, 20 min. beach, 20 min. Universal Studios., Hollywood, Beverly Hills... House had a big living room and I can say it was spacious overall. You can park your car inside. Kitchen was well equipped, We had clean fresh towels available.

Our host Michael was amazing! The house was super clean and welcoming. Living room was set up perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The patio area and front yard was great for meals and cooking conversation.

Very nice area and quiet. The studio was so clean and had a big kitchen with new appliances. It also had a new big screen TV with Netflix and such. The person I dealt with ,Mike was also wonderful and helpful! I would highly recommend it.

Nice location in quiet neighborhood but also very convenient to shops and restaurants. The house was so well equipped with everything we needed. Host communication was excellent. could not use the kitchen sink because the faucet did not work. NO water came out of the faucet Turned the hot water knob on in the shower and cold water came out and the cold water knob produced warm water. Not a comfortable shower. I think a simple guide to operate the television would have been helpful for those of us who are not tech savy
