Room was great and in good location, easy walk to most local spots and wish I did not have to leave so early I missed on the breakfast

Great place, lovely room, wish I was able to use the hot tub in my room as it was huge

Location (walkability), pool/jacuzzi, price for value is excellent. It's quaint and cute and staff is very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay - we stayed a second night!

The only positive thing about staying here was the front desk staff, which were courteous.

The room smelled like an antique shop in that it hadn't been aired out in ages. The sink was constructed in a way that showed little forethought: the basin, which was placed on top of the counter, was not only too high to comfortably wash our face, but far away enough from the faucet so that the water ran behind the basin instead of into it. The bed was not only incredibly high but impressively uncomfortable: the mattress was clumpy, sheets were scratchy, and the pillowcases had hair on them. The towels in the bathroom, which was strangely designed, had yellow and brown stains on them. And, last but not least, breakfast was served at 10:30am instead of the time advertised.

    Close to downtown area.

Rooms are a bit dated, sink faucet was loose, no iron, towels and robes were dingy, beds too soft, pool was ok. Did not have the breakfast.

Beautiful architechture, great location, freindly staff

Run down, needs renovation, not worth the price at all. Motel 6 accomodations for the price of a Marriott or Hilton

    Daily housekeeping was nice

Room was much smaller than we anticipated. Very old and rundown. Towels thin and old poor lighting, no closets...

So many cute details. Loved the tiles.

The AC didn't work very well and kind of smelled like burning.

The location is great and they were available for a last minute reservation when I had made a mistake on a reservation nearby.

Staff was remote and the process to check in felt cumbersome and slow. It was more expensive than a nearby spot that we stayed in the next night and was infinitely better appointed with better service. I felt like this was staying in a motel 6.

Good location for walking into town. Pool was clean and comfortable. Mattress was fine.

Room was overstuffed with bad, run down furniture and oversized jacuzzi tub. No place to put clothes away or even to store a suitcase. All hooks in bathroom were either broken or wonky. Sheets and towels were old and thin.

Comfortable room, free breakfast, ready access to Libbey Bowl and downtown, free parking.

My only suggestion to management: install a "grab" bar in every shower, not just the handicap room. Frankly, this should be a law for all public accommodations. Compare the cost of installation to that of one lawsuit by an injured guest.
