My only suggestion to management: install a "grab" bar in every shower, not just the handicap room. Frankly, this should be a law for all public accommodations. Compare the cost of installation to that of one lawsuit by an injured guest.

There was broken tile on the bathroom floor and the tile on the shower walls looks worn out and needs more grout. The sink, a raised bowl on the counter was too high. I had to stand on my tiptoes to brush my teeth and wash my face. Bathroom light was the bright LED type which was too bright. Maybe the soft white bulb would be better. The reception area was very cozy and there was plenty of items to eat. However, some appeared to be leftovers from breakfast that were still out at 2:30 PM when we arrived and the area had not been cleaned. Not a bad place to wait though until the receptionist showed up after 3PM which was check in time and there were several of us trying to check in at the same time.

Loved the colorful decor and stained glass. The small balcony in front of our room was a pleasant place to read in the outdoor air. Bed was comfortable for our overnight rest.

I walked back and forth into town. A bit of a walk, but certainly doable for this senior citizen.

This is our 2nd stay at your hotel. We were there a month ago & didn't have the best experience in room #8. We thought we'd try again & booked another spa room. We were given #7. The Jets in that spa tub didn't work either. The outlet next to the sink didn't work so if you need to blow dry your hair, you had to go to a different outlet away from the mirror. I almost slipped and broke my neck on the wet tiles in the room trying to get out of the spa tub. Sink drain was very slow. We used the Jacuzzi outside & on the jets. Another couple in the spa forewarned us about something being wrong because the bubbles were crazy! We tried anyway & the bubbles were very violent, so we had to turn the bubbles off. A need arose to check in before 3pm but I was told that check-in staff didn't arrive until 3 PM. So we waited & waited & when I tried to check in closer to 3 PM I was told the staff weren't going to make it by 3:00 so the person in the office said he could then check me in. I don't understand why he couldn't do that in the first place because he had checked in another couple before me before 3:00. I was offered a better stay in a text reply that I received after last month's review but unfortunately that didn't happen despite my attempt to pursue it. I have high expectations of hotels and feel if I’m paying a nice price, I feel everything should be great.

Property is not maintained well. Furniture is missing knobs, drawers can’t open. Coffee maker on top of microwave on top of fridge .. property was clean and hot tub and pool is nice. location is great .. and building has good bones but not kept up to the original plan I suspect .

Breakfast was mediocre . Fresh fruit was great , pastries were stale , sign for yogurt but none available . There was no staff to monitor supplies or ask help for

There was advertised breakfast but there was no front desk staff and we left at checkout at 11am with no staff and no breakfast.

Location was conveniently located to the Arcade Plaza (main shopping). We enjoyed a family dinner on the outside table that was available on the second floor hallway patio.
