No coffee pot in room. Nasty carpet. Trash behind nightstands. Tucked us in a hallway room so you couldn't see anything besides the wall of other building. Bad breakfast. Waited 20 minutes to check in and 20 plus minutes to check out.

The property looks to be under renovation. To be honest, I did not know if i was in the renovated or the old. I am not a novice. I am an architect and worked for a firm that built hotels. This property should be torn down. I do not think renovations will do any good. It is a dilapidated building with no hope. Good luck.

The property was very rundown. The rooms smelled, the carpet was very dirty and dated from the 70s, there were holes in the doors, the furniture was worn and broken down, the shower curtain was also dirty, the AC barely cooled and ran constantly. The neighbors told us that there was prostitution going on in this property.

The manager was very disrespectful and very rude because I was asking about my cash deposit. He raised his voice and told me that he was banning me from the property for nothing more than getting my deposite my deposit back.

Office worker shows up little late when we waited for about between 5 and 20 minutes. I don't like india worker text or read his cellphone in office when there is breakfast service. And office worker doesn't work there after 10:30 pm .

Need some plastic cups for bathroom sink counter We want hot breakfast as hash brown, sausage links or patties, scrambled egg or boiled eggs, We could not find where the ice machine is.

The beds were horrible myself & both my son's said the same..As someone with a spinal condition I do not advise anyone with back problems to stay there. At 1st we were given an outdated horrible hot room ac didn't work bed was 30yrs old. 2nd room no spread on the bed room had a old stale oder. They were NOT pet friendly at all. We had taken our dogs to an area that was behind the motel there were no designated pet walks. In the morning when I woke up there were No Dogs signs moved to a little area my dog was seen Sniffing the night before she did not do any business just sniffed the grass... You are also not allowed to bring a cup of coffee or breakfast back to the room the breakfast was stale all Sam's Club items

When I told the manager at checkout that there was no hot water in the shower, he said that I needed to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes and was not surprised that I stated that the shower water was cold even after 5 minutes.

There was no hot water. I ran the water for 5 minutes and it was just above taking a cold shower. The bedsheets had a stain on them. The room smelled like smoke even though it was "non-smoking"

Mold in rooms . Stunk like dirty ass in rooms even after they were cleaned . Towels stunk like they had been setting in washer for weeks . Had to call front desk to get Towels because they didn't have any there when we arrived along with toilet paper. The paint was falling off ceilings from mold an water damage. I do not recommend staying here .

It’s old need up grades, the room had an odor, bugs in room and bathroom, worried if the room was really clean. Couldn’t stayed there as a single Women. Suspicious activity next door and foreign guests not sure who they were maybe migrants?

Nothing wanted to get a refund and fine another hotel. But because of the event it was not possible so we just dealt with it.

We got a king size bed and the mattress was so dirty, stained with yellow/brown stains. It was also hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Room was small but outdated and needs some fixing.

Overall hotel was outdated and needs remodeling/updating. Did not try the breakfast, missed it since ended at 9am. Bed was old, too firm and very stained mattress.

The facility is under construction and going through renovations. This is not listed in their advertising so we were not aware when booking. We checked in and stayed for about an hour before my entire family became ill to the point where my wife was gasping for air. Our room was dusty and whatever air was being discharged from the room in wall ac/heat unit was creating an environment that caused my kids and wife to cough uncontrollably. The other room had a very foul smell and caused my au pair to become ill as well. We decided this was not a safe place to stay and to not jeopardize my family's health, we returned the room keys and left to stay at another hotel. I have requested a refund for the full amount and I have not received a phone call from management. I am contacting my credit card company used to make the reservation and will take appropriate measures to ensure my refund is secured.
