Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not much of a breakfast. The Jack, the room rate because of the busy weekend. it was definitely not a $250 a night hotel.

We paid for a non-smoking room, but when we opened the door, the smell of smoke was overpowering. When we complained, the host was unable to do anything about it, as there were no other available rooms. He offered us spray. Wherever we had to spend time in the room, we had to air it out with the window and door wide open to allow the air to blow through.
Location was good. At first we couldn’t get ahold of the host, but when he did show up, he was very nice, and tried to be helpful.

Needs to be updated, paint would go a long way. Curtains with tears, paper signs everywhere threatening to call police, cannot access outside doors with key card. Numerous bugs in room.
Convenience to highway, housekeepers did a good job with run down building. Staff polite.

All the outlets in the room are switched from the wall light switch. If you plug in your charger you have to manually turn off each individual light in the room and keep the light switch on. Not sure why the plugs are not divided with only one outlet switched as is traditionally done with switched outlets. Also on the night stands they don't have USB or outlets built into the bed lights so you have to hunt for a outlet behind the nightstand.
Good price, the shower/tub was spacious, however the water pressure was a little low on the shower head. The bed was comfortable enough. Staff was accommodating when I arrived late past midnight.

Roaches in the bathroom, also very run down overall but decent for the price. Main problem was the roaches lol.
The staff was friendly and the price was good. Cable and AC worked well

Common areas were dated, and a little rough. It never fills you with comfort when you are checking in and the front desk is behind bullet proof glass.
I had dealings with two different staff members and they both were extremely friendly and great to deal with. The Staff were the highlight of this stay.

Took a while for someone to come to window to check in, hall and room bathroom smelled like Marijuana and never went away, was late and had to pay $385 for 1 night, this is a $50/ nigh hotel

I booked a king-sized bed/room, but the plumbing wasn't working, so they offered me a double bed at the same price. The toliet had piss in it and bathroom of course smelled like piss. The toilet was also way too low. The front desk ladies were nice and accommodating, but they were busy eating and arguing on the phone with someone. (The eating occurred while checking in, and the phone conversation occurred while checking out.) Whatever the person was eating had the entire hallway smelling like garlic for the rest of the night. Also, the public bathroom was out of order, and there was no breakfast either. There were places to eat close by.
The price was decent but you get what you pay for. It wasn't crowded even though it was graduation weekend.

The stay was nice. However there was an extremely noisy guest in the room above my room 🙄. Other than that the room was very clean no bug issues and housekeeping was great and friendly.

I expressed to the front desk attendant that there were roaches in the lobby. He got upset and said he wouldn’t rent me the room!!! I wanted a refund!! This is why I booked at the days in the same day
