The hotel is decorated as Japanise hotel, the entrance, the onsen and the garden outside. Good location on the way to the Oregon coast villages like cannon beach and others

The only downside is the rooms do not have a dresser to unpack clothes. But it really isnt that necessary for me and i dont miss it at all.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Hillsboro. It is exceptionally clean and the rooms are large with plushy comfortable beds, bidet toilets ans XL bathtubs amd shower. The location is perfect for on/off freeway access, w/Starbucks down the road. The restaurant has great dining options like a Japanese breakfast of grilled salmon, miso soup and rice for just $12. There is refreshing lemon ice water to fill your water bottle on the way out. The staff are all very sweet and helpful.

Room 3008 was a more tired than other rooms we’ve had there. Handicapped room was not as pretty as the others we’ve had. I’ve been spoiled.

The in room bath mimics a traditional Japanese bathroom but the unit bath doesn't work with actual tiled floors. I slipped getting out of the tub and shower area twice it was so slick even when I anticipated it.

All of the staff were fantastic, it was a quiet, relaxing stay. I had the public bath to myself and enjoyed the in room soaking tub as well.

The sheets were so clean and crisp! Nothing better than having fresh crisp sheets in a hotel. The atmosphere was so calming. Close to Pumpkin Ridge golf course where we stopped on way to beach. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend. Great shower. Wish I tried the special bath.

The pillows. There needs to be a firmer option available. I didn’t sleep well because of how soft and flat the pillows were. I didn’t like that the bar was only a sake bar and the hours seemed weird and I didn’t like the solid block of ice in the freezer when I needed some ice and I didn’t like that I couldn’t get coffee after a certain time.

I loved the concept and it was very beautiful inside. Rooms were so beautiful and the bathrooms were incredible!!

One night - a very large group of high school kids checked in and the hotel becomes a track and field ground. They were running in the hall way and banning on the hotel room wall next to our room and above our room at least an hour that I could not sleep.
