Room was stuffy and hot during the day. No way to cool it down. Opening the windows helped a bit. Bathroom fan rattled loudly every time one turned on the light which was annoying in the middle of the night. I think we got one of the older rooms.

Beautiful grounds. Outstanding view. Easy parking. Very nice staff. Room was clean. Easy to get to. Loved the fire pit at night.

Hot tub closed too early, at 9:00 p.m. Had to make multiple complaints before an issue was resolved with a neighbor who kept smoking on their balcony. The main grounds are very barren. More drought tolerant vegetation would have been nice.

Beautiful views from the room and around the property. Fire pits along the bluff were a nice addition for the evenings. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

I didn't like that to get to the pool I would have to walk in the cold...no area to change next to pool. Not enough fire pits. Bed was hard. Rooms were dated.

My room was nearest the office. The stairs going to the second floor was situated in line with my front door. Couldn't leave the window open. Room dated. No microwave.

No need to cross the street. Access to the beach was good. Enjoyed the evening fireplaces (3). The restaurant offered reasonably priced items, which were in large portions.

The rooms were isolated from the rest of the hotel which was nice for extra privacy. The rooms had a great fireplace and a deck with a view to the ocean. Would recommend.

We had almost no functioning WiFi while we were in our room and the TV reception was poor from our room. We were told that the WiFi issue is unusual but it persisted for the two days we were there. Because of WiFi issue we couldn’t order room service first night, which we really wanted to do (could not open QR code). Hard copy of menu might have helped.

We loved the location, the view from our balcony. Lovely sunset viewing from balcony or seats around the property. The beach was nice for beach combing and relaxing. The room had everything we needed and was clean. There were nice robes and fresh clean linens. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

It was really nice. I would only recommend an update to the restaurant, but It wasn't a "dislike" just, I think some people would complain due to cost vs other restaurants.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. There was a large balcony with chairs and a table for a comfy place to enjoy the view as well. The bathroom was also very large and well-appointed with nice toiletries. The staff were very attentive and friendly. On the grounds were 3 or 4 fire pits that were lit at sunset and guests gathered to enjoy a warm place to enjoy the view and meet new friends. It was really fun. The weather was a bit blustery and chilly, but we came North from the heat of L.A., so it was a welcome change, Remember to pack lots of warm clothes, even in the height of summer!

Older property so don’t expect new! Had a huge glob of hair in our shower, it took a bit of back and forth but management took care of the issue and comp’ed us some stuff which was appreciated.

Right on the ocean edge, could hear it from the room.
