Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the toilet didn't work, it just didn't flush, the water stood up to the rim. also the shower didn't switch completely to the shower head

You can't walk in Palm Springs. No place close for meals, especially breakfast.

They claim they're pet friendly but the Asian guy at the lobby hates them. I was almost kicked out from my own room cause another person went to the lobby and said he was checking out. I was charged 2 times ghe same deposit and they were planning on keeping it supposedly vase I left the towels dirty. I always carry my own towel those towels I used in order to stop on them outside of the shower. Imagine how dirty the floors are. The Asian guy at the lobby screams at you the cleaning lady screams from on corner to the other that I was very messy and I had made a disaster in the room.what an unpleasant experience the only good thing was the big balcony but it was with the mountain view so all u see is coyotes and homeless going up and down the mountain.

The towels were not very clean. The carpet looks dirty and the hallway smells bad. We found two cockroaches in our room, and we also found a piece of plastic bag and women's hair ties that doesn't belong to us so that means the room wasn't clean, so we didn't feel comfortable sleeping there because we thought they didn't change the bed.
We like the location we were like ten minutes away from most place that we want to go. Also we like that the place have plenty of parking spaces.

There pet policy. I had informed them that I would be bringing my dog. When I arrived he charged me an additional $200 deposit on top of the $100 he already charged. He then informed me that my dog could not be left in the room alone and that if I left I had to take my dog with me or she had to be crated. Ridiculous!
Location was close to the venue I was attending.

Email 238. The coffee maker did not drain into the pot. Had to hold the pot up to fill it. Also the shower was luke warn brrrrrrrr . The sink water was hot so I guess it might be an adjustment. I'll be back

I feel like cleaning can improve but overall the price was doable
We personally liked the balcony. We were traveling to attend a concert and we booked very last minute. We were unable to find a property that allowed us to smoke so it was great that this place had a balcony. There is non smoking room but it's helpful because they do have balconies . The beds and pillows were very comfortable

The staff is a little aloof, the office is separate from the hotel itself, in cold/ rainy weather it's a small jaunt. Went to drop off key and door was locked

Dirty balcony plumbing was very loud walls were thin and could hear every word of the people next door, toilet was not sustainable and wobbly very unsafe to sit on.housekeeping was nice and prompt.to my needs.

No elevator or baggage carts.. you’ll have to make trips to get things into your room. Depending on the temperature that day, you could be in for a little workout.

The rooms need renovation, found both a dead and live cockroach in the room.
sheets and towels were clean, bed was comfortable. I didn't use the pool, but saw others using it and it appeared to be clean and well maintained.
