Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesParking to check-in was not good;esp. when not being familiar with the area. There was no place to park my car to check-in. I ended up following an employee (who was on foot) to the tiny parking lot for the Inn. I ended up wheeling my luggage the 2 blocks back to the Inn to check-in.
I stayed in Room 5. It was delightful and very cozy. Spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom was updated and had a great shower. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful with an awesome view. I would stay here again & would even request Room 5.

United StatesThe a/c system was not the greatest.
The location was perfect and we especially enjoyed the huge balcony overlooking the small cobblestone street behind our room. Also, our room was clean and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

United StatesWe (my sister and I) ended up in a room with one double bed. It was a little cramped.
Staff are amazing and kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was also great, with a lot of options. There's coupons for breakfast for 2 each day and also free martinis, for which the place is famous. Right in the middle of the Old City, it's walkable to literally everything.

United StatesThe only thing I didn’t like was the shower head was broken and there’s no mini fridge or microwave! Only reason why I went with 9/10!
I love how close it is to the water, shopping and church! The staff was incredibly sweet and the room was SO comfy.

United StatesThe only issue we had was finding where to park to check-in. The off-site parking was very close but you find out about it once you check in. We had to double park on a small road. Otherwise great!
It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

United StatesHotel info says breakfast is included but we had 4 people in our room and the breakfast was for only 2 people. Our king bed smelled like a dog! I don’t think the sheets were changed from the guests before us. We had to sleep on top of a blanket! Dan remote and a/c remote did not work.
Great location. Loved the gardens. Breakfast was delicious. King bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a kitchenette in the room.

United StatesThe room was beautiful, light and airy. It really had a garden feel to it. The outdoor garden area was perfect for our dogs. The food was great, and it was right in the heart of the historic district just a couple of blocks from all the shops and right on the water.

United StatesRoom showing wear. Bathroom faucet didn’t fully stream water, faucet water pressure never increased even with both handles turned on, and had no hot water. Front desk was notified re no hot water and adjusted our bill without our even asking (a very pleasant surprise!) Floor lamp needs to be fixed or replaced.
Appreciated breakfast and free drink coupons with our stay. Bed was extremely comfortable.

United KingdomFree parking is a very short walk away, you can park at the rear of the hotel to check in/out , it's very small, maybe 3 small cars but you have to park in a line so unless you're the last in you will be blocked until everyone is done. It's a minor niggle, the hotel can't do anything more given the location, it wouldn't put me off coming back. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room but there is coffee available at reception 24hrs.
Can't beat the location, right on the front facing the sea. Excellent breakfast, if you don't want the included standard breakfast you get 15 bucks off anything on the menu, think the most expensive was about 18 so 3 dollars to you. Also you get 2 free cocktails in the bar per room per night!
