I asked for towels in writing and at the location. Towels were not delivered.The lady who cooks the breakfast finally gave me the towels. Chairs in the room are a torture from medieval times. There is not a couch. There are no utensils, hand towels or paper towels. There is an itemized bill for thieves. Construction is modern but the furniture is old. The properly next door had people singing, playing dominoes and drinking really late. FYI is their property TOO!

Proximity to the beach. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and beautifully made. Big screen television. Nice shower and enough room to dance. Room was quite big. Nice staff.

Pools were quite cold and our TV did not work.

Location of breakfast was good. Food quality and choice was limited. I am gluten free and very limited choices. Also using styrofoam dishes is very inappropriate

Needs renovation. Concrete step going & & out of room was broken off, very dangerous! No coffee in room & I was told there was. Everything thing in room was wet from humidity! Staff very curt & not very friendly.

The beds are too old, the TV Channel line up is weird and not friendly, get a good line-up. Too noisy the people that uses the outside sitting spaces. Too expensive the parking. The closet too small, the electric plugs do not match the available counter space. The Microwave care of on leg. The dinning table was not level and no pots or a device to heat water.

The reception/check-in for this hotel was in another hotel. 'Hollywood Beach' Check-in took over 90minutes!!! The staff were extremely unhelpful, slow & very rude to all customers in the enormous line waiting.

The Boutique hotel itself is quaint & quiet. The bedrooms are very clean & comfortable. There is parking - it costs $20.

The breakfast hostess was very rude and discourteous.

The breakfast was okay but what really spoiled my mood was the very brash and arrogant behavior of the hostess sitting at the front door.

You have to go to another location to check in! Bad location, you definitely need a car, no groceries stores and the little store of the property has expensive prices. The room was nice but you could hear the neighbors and the cars. The bed was shaking every time a car was driving...

I think it should have been better spelled out about the fact that 1 company is managing all the small boutiques around it. Once I figured that out it was easier to understand what was going on with check in. Staff was excellent but overwhelmed. Hats off to them.

Breakfast was very good as far as hotel breakfasts go. Location was amazing. A little confusion at check in, but that was on priceline and our ability to communicate.

I wasn't aware that the check in location was not at the exact property. We had a disabled person in our party so it made things a bit bumpier at the beginning but we figured it out. There was signage but not super obvious. I don't see my deposit refunded yet and it has been five days so now I have to go and follow up. Hopefully I will not have any problems.

There was no breakfast included but we didn't need that. The location is great. It is very close to the beach.

Easy access, comfortable room and facility. Paid parking but easy to park. Place looks nice and the patio area is pretty with tables and umbrellas
