1. Wash basin is outside the bathroom. 2. Bed sheets are not that clean you expect from this high priced hotel. 3. No room cleaning services for daily basis but rooms are getting dirtier because of the sand and the ocean.

We wished they offered breakfast. The pool and pool area need a good cleaning. The bathroom in our room was tiny and needed a better cleaning. Our balcony stayed wet… between our AC unit dripping water constantly, and then the balcony above us would drip water down on to our balcony because again, the AC unit is constantly dripping and doesn’t have a way to runoff that doesn’t make a big mess. And so that also meant things we hung on the balcony railing to try to dry would get dripped on from the balcony above us. If you had to go to the bathroom while you were at the beach or the pool you had to go into your room. There was not a common place bathroom/public bathroom for that area. That was super inconvenient and made the floor in our room wet. Our room needed a little TLC/work/and cleaning.

We loved that it was beach front. It was quiet after hours, we didn’t seem to be in a party area. We loved that there was a community pool float/beach toy bin. If anyone needed something, they were able to borrow from the bin and simply put it back when they were done. Plus it allowed people to make donations of items when they were done with their vacation that they didn’t have room for. I thought that was a great idea! It seemed to be a pretty central location, we could drive to restaurants and attractions within a reasonable amount of time (and there were some restaurants within walking distance.) The pool was always the perfect temperature…not freezing, it was warm but refreshing. There were plenty of knobs/hooks on the walls, giving you plenty of places to hang bathing suits, beach towels, and bath towels. Beautiful view from our balcony.

Stairs going down to the Pool. Refrigerator Old Small and did not cool well. People Smoking in the Pool, as well as Marijana The Smell was in the Room and we had to go buy Air Fresheners

Bottom floor balcony, wish you could just walk off to the beach. & the rooms bathroom was small, the bathroom sink being outside in the kitchenette was annoying.

There was nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay!

Our king bed was comfortable, and the location was right in the middle of everything we did. We were kind of skeptical about not having elevators, and it was on the 3rd floor but wasn't bad at all. We will stay here again!

If you arrive at night, be aware that there is no one at the reception. You have to call a security guard, who will then come and give you the keys. Housekeeping was quite disappointing. On the first day they only emptied the trash and left new towels — no bed was made and no proper cleaning was done. After that, for two days in a row I kept asking them to clean the room and provide fresh towels, but nobody came. When I went to the reception, they insisted the cleaning had already been done, which was not true. Eventually, after asking several more times, they finally came, changed the bed, and took out the trash — but that happened only once during the entire stay. The next morning, at 9 a.m., the housekeeper was banging on the door saying it was time for cleaning. But honestly, who needs housekeeping that early? And if you don’t open right away, they won’t come back later — they just mark the room as “cleaned,” which is very unfair and unprofessional.

People were smoking weed on their balconies and it ruined the atmosphere for those wanting to enjoy sitting outside. Also the shower was hot then cold, hot then cold. But overall it’s a good place and I would stay here again.

The maintenance guy and his attitude about where and how we parked, we were driving a long bed truck with a 16’ trailer so it’s not the most maneuverable vehicle and he came out yelling at one of our employees about the Parking

I can’t think of really anything I didn’t like.

For me, beachfront is important, and this place sits right on the beach, and all rooms are beachfront with private balconies. The price for my stay was very fair and reasonable, the pool was nice and never overcrowded, and it’s right in the middle of just about everything you’d want or need while at the beach. And, as a solo traveller, it was nice to know that it’s basically gated and has 24 hr security. The a/c was amazing. Never an issue with it.
