Always a wonderful experience at the Casa de Suenos! Great staff, great location, comfy beds and clean rooms/bathrooms!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and had its own private entrance. Amy was a fantastic host, kind and accommodating. We felt like we were at home. We loved the breakfast and all the little things that made our stay special, like the nightly dessert and social hour with snacks and delicious dips. Everything was within walking distance. We’ll definitely return!

The mattress was a bit soft, but that was ok for the night.

The host / Amy was wonderful and so accommodating! The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The special touches in the entire bed and breakfast were wonderful, from the nightly dessert to take back to our room, the available sherry in our room, coffee and water always available, umbrellas at the door and a fabulous breakfast. The room was clean and loved the HOT whirlpool bathtub and shower.

We’ve had a problem with hot water in our room, but it was solved with much care.

Wow. Just wow in every direction. So comfortable, so beautiful, so polite and so good. Everything you would need on a trip to Saint Augustine is included in stay at this wonderful place. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and she was as amazed as I was by the level of service given to us. Thank you! Will absolutely stay there another time, will try a second floor suite 🙏🏻

The staff was fantastic. Made us feel like staying with family. All the attractions we wanted to see were within walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful and the evening drinks and dips as well. This B&B is an excellent location for a couples getaway.

We really ally enjoyed our stay, The staff was very personable and the breakfast was outstanding all home made, the social hour with a nice selection of wine, beer and snacks was a pleasant surprise. Everything was in walking distance andi room was clean and very comfortable. We will return in the future.

Someone decided to enjoy our dessert in addition to their own one of the nights of our stay.

We had an awesome stay at the Casa de suenos B &B and is a great location within walking distance around historical St. Augustine. Rooms are fabulous, beautifully decorated, and comfy bed. Barbara and Kelly, the staff are great. Daily delicious breakfast, served late afternoon beverages and snacks to meet mingle with other guests. Highly recommend the Casa de Suenos. Truly felt like home away from home.

Our reservations where for 2 nights 3 days.The storm Nicole was approaching and the source star coming in the surrounding areas, so we have to leave the next morning after 1st night🥺.Not their fault. Just between cancellation policies and November (unusual) tropical storm combination was not ideal. I would it happily re schedule my stay when there was not a natural disaster happening, but there was not an available choice like a hotel would do 😕.

Breakfast ,pm happy hr snacks where impressive!…There is private parking. Host and staff are very welcoming. The place is very clean , while keeping the homy charm. The location is best as is just few steps from the center, and galleries, but not right on the spanish st shops, so is rather quite.

Next time I’ll pick up a second floor room, because mine was on aisle close to the dining room, so a little noise. And the blinds didn’t cover well the windows, so was bright early.

I love the location, close to everything! Amazing!!! I like they have a parking spot on site. Room was comfortable.
