To far between parking and room for two older couples and way too many steps. I know you can't do anything about it. At our rate, it was tolerable. At $280 per night, I would have been furious.

Limited food/dining options on site (the restaurant is around the corner) and no walking or hiking paths in/around the property.

Loved our own jacuzzi filled with the mineral spring water and the spacious room which was very clean!

I would have liked more information about the hot springs? Where they come, how it’s filtered. I didn’t understand what we got for what we paid until physically there and asking for it to be explained. I wished they had post cards to sell.

The therapeutic hot pools are wonderful. It is invigorating to soak and then go into the plunge pool.

A bit too remote for us. Needs some nice outdoor furniture for relaxing outdoors. No place to gather. The lobby really needs to be renovated. We appreciate that it is in a very old building, but could be redone to be very nice. It also has a bad odor that is not a good first impression of the property.

The location was beautiful, and just what I needed...an overnight just shy of the Vancouver area where I was going to both work and visit family! I was able to bring my dog along, and we had a great hike down to the river and back.

No cups or cutlery in the rooms. Rooms not serviced during the 6 night stay.

The mineral pools were great at the end of each stay of paddling on the river.

The staff in the bath house (Christina, and the massage fairies Erin and leonora) were beyond amazing 👏 highly recommend the massage, soak in the tubs, and then a wrap! AMAZING!!

No Bellman. Lovely smelled like backed up septic when we came to check in. Went to use the hot springs pool and found there were no towels. Spoke to employee outside of men’s bath house door. Asked him if he had any towels. He gave me three. Then I asked if he was going to tell someone that they needed towels in the pool area. He said no . I asked why. He said that’s a different department. I was shocked. Then I went to the front desk to mention to them that the towels were gone and that their employee wasn’t even going to tell them. No one at your property came to get the soiled towels or to bring more to the pool area over the next two hours. I find that totally disappointing. Then we went to dine at your restaurant at the golf course. Highly disappointed. In arriving 2/3 of all tables had the chairs upside down on top of them. You weren’t closing for an hour. The weight staff took far too long to even acknowledge us. The Reuben sandwich was horrible. Full of fat. The chicken Caesar wrap was lacking chicken and lettuce. Worst meal in our entire 18 day trip in the northwest region. They didn’t charge us for the meal, because they could see how bad it was.

Great location. Likes the Hot Springs bath pool option.
