How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel is easy to find and check-in is very quick. Hotel serves no breakfast but has clean room and very spacious bathroom. It would be nice if the mattresses were firmer, we could not sleep well in too soft, sagging mattress.

Carpet in room felt damp. I also got an Erie feeling from the place.

The front desk person first gave me a key for an already occupied room. This is potentially unsafe. Luckily, nothing happened. I went back and got a key to another room. However, this key did not open the door. So, I had to go back the third time and get a key. I stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, but this is the first time it took three tries to get into my room. The location is at a busy intersection.
Nice clean room with everything we needed for our stay. The location was not as bad as I feared, because it's near an intersection of a busy road with a freeway. Luckily, we had a room on the back side of the hotel, not facing the street.

One day, water was shut off for several hours WITHOUT NOTICE! Another day, it was shut off - but this time I got a call. For two days, I had TV problems - they needed to call in a service person, and one day I had no internet - so no TV, no computer access - nothing!
Very clean, with comfortable bed and nice amenities. Very moderen bathroom was appreciated. Friendly front desk staff.

Our room, #101, was right next to the laundry room where the maids cleaned the linens. The whole room shook with a rumble from the giant commercial washing machines all day. While they stopped at night, there was no way to take a nap in our room during the day. I don’t know if it was related, but we never had any hot water in our bathroom. It was luke-warm at best, no matter how long we ran it. I like a hot shower. On the last day of our stay, my wife just skipped a shower, rather than deal with the barely warm water.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Television/cable service was not working - could use upgrades there. Also a dance club nearby making it harder to sleep, but that is not the hotels fault
For an area that is very expensive, this spot was perfect for what I needed. Just an affordable basic place to sleep. Easy parking. Great location.

Bit of a sketchy location on Camden busy road outside -The Dish TV network is unreliable sometimes channels don’t appear
If you get a room not facing Camden it’s very quiet. Beds are comfortable guy at the front desk was pleasant. Plenty of parking

No fresh coffee but they have a keurig with free pods
I was Leary booking on such a busy intersection but the hotel is very quiet once inside and free covered underground parking is a plus The photos make it look more sated than it actually is

Being your own snacks. Vending is limited, and no breakfast.
Close to freeway, restaurants and gasoline. Extremely comfortable beds, large room and bathroom fully equipped. Great value. Coffee is lobby

A car was blasting music at the stop light outside my window at 4am and woke me up😂
The place was very well taken care of. It was also so quiet and peaceful. We were so impressed by how clean all the light fixtures were!

TV reception is spotty. It’s the dish network so certain channels don’t actually show what you are attempting to watch. It’s like a blank screen.
The hotel is quiet and the BED was outstanding, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in Big shower Refrigerator microwave always is appreciated
