When I first arrived I was put in a ground floor room at the back. It was dark and cold and had a distinct, musty smell. It also got really cold at night and the heating didn’t work as it should. After a couple of nights in that room they moved me to a better room so I was grateful for that. This motel is just a little tired. It could do with freshening up all round. It’s a decent place to stay but felt it was overpriced. Having travelled the world it’s the first hotel room, anywhere in the world, I’ve not had a kettle. All that being said, I wouldn’t have any issues going back in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good too, or at least it was for myself. Was very close to the boardwalk and beach and only a 10 minute walk from downtown. Had a fridge which is always essential. In the second room I was moved to the wash area had a nice big mirror and was well light so was easy to shave etc. had nice big windows too for natural light.

Crazy man was high kept walking up to us at our cars 3 days in a row, A group of 8 teenagers just drove in , in a white vehicle blasting nasty curse word rap and being very loud They are currently there now No one went to talk to them

Thin blankets and pillows (I was cold!), asked for extra pillows and only got one. The road noise is loud with the window open but only occasional noise can be heard with the windows closed. Parking a little tight.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I’m a stomach/side sleeper so it was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. They only give you one pillow per side and they’re as flat as can be, no real neck support. I tried asking for another two pillows but they were only able to give me one for the first night since they needed to wash them. They did give us another pillow the second night though. The room could’ve been cleaner. There were traces of hair left behind from previous guests in the bed sheets (couldn’t tell if they were actually washed), one of the nightstands had a bunch of debris in it, the walls were dirty, the bathroom window had lots of debris and looked like it could use scrubbing, the towels had holes in them, and the sheets were stained yellow.

You get what you pay for. We paid ~$90/night to stay here for Friday and Saturday night. The location is very convenient since the Boardwalk is only a 7 minute walk away. Room was relatively clean but could’ve been cleaner. The owner/manager didn’t try anything shady in terms of keeping our deposit so that’s good.

Wished had some instruction on how to turn on the heater. Thought it was broken - control buttons were very hard to push. Got it to come on after waking up from the cold. Please inform guests how it works.

Dirtier than anticipated for the price i paid to stay there. Loud. Door didn’t seal shut all the way. Air conditioner didn’t work.

The building shows its age as it is in an obvious state of disrepair. That said, the room was more than adequate as a landing place at the end of the night. The shower was hot, the bed was clean (and without bugs) and there was a TV in the room.

Great staff! Very responsive and accommodating as well as knowledgeable and helpful. Proximity to the Boardwalk at the price I paid compared to other locations was a primary plus for me as all I needed was a place to park and a shelter to sleep in.

There is a lot of noise from the outside that gets in, there were some raucous guests next door that kept us up a bit and car traffic. Felt a bit rough overall

Excellent location, we were able to walk most everywhere. They had rooms to accommodate our group of 5, all on actual beds, which was so nice. Clean space and kind staff.

200$ deposit for a 75$ room. The information wasn’t clearly displayed on the website and because I’ve already done the reservation via the platform I’ve no choice to let the deposit or lost the amount of the room and leave.

The employee was helpful and comprehensive when I was very surprised to have to let a 200$ deposit for a 75$ room. Especially because it wasn’t very clearly mentioned on the reservation website.

The faucet and shower had no hot water. Bathroom door was positioned way too close to the toilet, which made leg room awkward and uncomfortable.

Adequate light fixtures and outlets. Nice big fluffy towels. Hard floors. Relatively clean and comfortable room. Easy to use door key. Large counter top vanity. Large desk/table with comfortable chair.

This is a motel, so no breakfast included. If you need a hairdryer, bring your own. The bathroom looked a bit dirty with leftover sand. Must be hard to clean all the sand on the floor, not as clean as it looked.

Beach was at walking distance, stores not too far if you don't mind walking. Saved ourselves some gas and mileage. Had a mini fridge and microwave to eat some snacks or heat food.
