    the room is cute, spacious bathroom, friendly staff. The bed is big and comfortable. The roof top restaurant has a wonderful view. totally recommend to have a drink in the evening if you want to have a good night view of SF

    I am shocked no one mentioned about the breakfast in the feedback at all. We paid 27euros pp when booking the hotel and assumed it would be buffet/continental breakfast. turned out was just a 30dollars credits you got pp which you could order stuff at the roof top restaurants. But a full breakfast already costs 24 and plus a cappuccino you and tips you already have to pay another 4-5 dollars on top. And the cappuccinos are not free for refill. I stayed afterwards at another hotel near by also 4 stars, their buffet breakfast costs only 37dollars including coffee/tea refill. comparatively the breakfast here is a rip off. Totally DONT recommend the breakfast here, unless you want to pay a lot. And feedback for Canopy, please add description in the breakfast section, so that the guests are well informed in advance what they are paying for.

    Didn't get to try their roof top restaurant except to look around in the evening. My schedule was tight but I heard good things about their food and would love to try it next time.

    Parking is very expensive and only valet parking is available at the hotel for $75/night. This is not mentioned at Booking.com website and can lead to sticker-shock!

    Reception staff was always available and welcoming. The room was clean, gym available 24/7. Location good if visiting Moscone Center.

    Breakfast was expensive, not that many choices to choose from. Location is central, so noise from the street is heard during nighttime as well. If you are a light sleeper you might want earplugs. In the room, all lamps did not function.

    Fantastic location . Close to Moscone centre

    Very uncomfortable bed. It seemed like springs were damaged and bed was sloping to one side . We informed the staff , they apparently changed the mattress topper which only slightly improved the situation . Mattress should have been changed or we should have been offered a different room if they could not change the mattress

    The staff was friendly and the location was great

    No openable windows, Room had a lot of "automatic" things that were broken (window shade and lights), check-in was over 40 minutes, landscaping before 7am outside, Walls are thin which allows you to hear outside noise.

    Super cute property and nicely decorated and furnished rooms, love the vibe and style. The bar tender at the downstairs lounge was very friendly.

    They did not have valet available which was one of the reason we picked the property. The staff didn’t offer any alternative incentive to make up for the inconvenience. The place was nearly empty and lacking energy. The roof top bar closed early so we were turned away when we arrived after an event at oracle park. Room service was unavailable. The breakfast in the morning was good, but service and staff were slow and uninviting.

    I originally booked the location because it was within reason of our event which made getting there convenient

    When purchasing a stay at a hotel, you intend to be able to park at the location. Unknown to me they are unable to accommodate their guest and make them park at a parking garage that is 5 min walking time. Plus I had to pay an additional $44 for parking one night in the garage. Once we parked had checked in and gone up to our room we found our door open and maintenance was in there working on electrical issues. Here I was intending to get ready for my event. In which I had to get dressed in the toilet room. As there was no other room other than the shower stall to have a little bit of privacy. Not to mention the doors on the toilet room and shower stall are beautiful but only glazed glass in which everything is noticeable. When told about the issues it was dismissed and nothing further was made of it. I had to wait on maintenance to leave my room so I could leave for our event… as I did not feel comfortable leaving my personal items in a room when this individual was not invited in. Knowing you were checking a guest to a room that was not prepared for them, and to not take accountability shows lack of leadership at this facility. Very disappointing that such a special occasion was handled so carelessly by the face of this establishment
