Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. NetherlandsI am shocked no one mentioned about the breakfast in the feedback at all. We paid 27euros pp when booking the hotel and assumed it would be buffet/continental breakfast. turned out was just a 30dollars credits you got pp which you could order stuff at the roof top restaurants. But a full breakfast already costs 24 and plus a cappuccino you and tips you already have to pay another 4-5 dollars on top. And the cappuccinos are not free for refill. I stayed afterwards at another hotel near by also 4 stars, their buffet breakfast costs only 37dollars including coffee/tea refill. comparatively the breakfast here is a rip off. Totally DONT recommend the breakfast here, unless you want to pay a lot. And feedback for Canopy, please add description in the breakfast section, so that the guests are well informed in advance what they are paying for.
the room is cute, spacious bathroom, friendly staff. The bed is big and comfortable. The roof top restaurant has a wonderful view. totally recommend to have a drink in the evening if you want to have a good night view of SF

Didn't get to try their roof top restaurant except to look around in the evening. My schedule was tight but I heard good things about their food and would love to try it next time.

FinlandBreakfast was expensive, not that many choices to choose from. Location is central, so noise from the street is heard during nighttime as well. If you are a light sleeper you might want earplugs. In the room, all lamps did not function.
Reception staff was always available and welcoming. The room was clean, gym available 24/7. Location good if visiting Moscone Center.

United StatesThey did not have valet available which was one of the reason we picked the property. The staff didn’t offer any alternative incentive to make up for the inconvenience. The place was nearly empty and lacking energy. The roof top bar closed early so we were turned away when we arrived after an event at oracle park. Room service was unavailable. The breakfast in the morning was good, but service and staff were slow and uninviting.
Super cute property and nicely decorated and furnished rooms, love the vibe and style. The bar tender at the downstairs lounge was very friendly.

Modern but comfortable. Room was smartly designed. Loved having a robe as standard. The bath products were also very nice. Lovely restaurant and roof lounge on the top floor with a beautiful bar at the lobby level. We loved our stay at Canopy and we'll be back.
