We didn't get to check in until after 5 PM with one of our rooms. The good news is that they comped a nice breakfast for us.

The free breakfast was fantastic the first day. But we were warned that the second day and for several days, it would just be coffee and pastries as the main restaurant would be closed the afternoon after our first day. If we'd stayed the original 4 planned days instead of 2 with a breakfast-included rate, I'd be incredibly disappointed, especially given the high rates we paid.

Nice room, decent (but not fantastic) view in a great location by a beautiful waterfront. Great area - a short walk from great neighborhoods and restaurants, but not so close that you'll hear the noise. Friendly check-in staff.

Property is in great location, everything in walking distance. Feels really secluded and private. Sits right on the water so the energy, vibes, and views are amazing.

Not a thing!

Checked in early. Upgraded to a 180 degree king suite. Second time here as a patient of Johns Hopkins. Came for the food and the location. Spectacular!

The restaurant has a very limited menu and is extremely expensive. Shane goes for the room service, which comes from the same restaurant.

The location was very nice, clean and fairly priced. The location is amazing. Riding the scooters around a little shop area is truly fun with the family. The staff was absolutely amazing the day after my family ate in the restaurant, the waitress remembered my family and chased us down because she thought we had ordered something that my child had an allergy to. Truly above and beyond.

Parking situation was not very instructive and didnt like the daily rate of $55 with so much space available.

There was a stain on the top sheet. It wasn't a terrible stain but it still bothered me. The bartenders were not particularly friendly. And it was after 5 PM before I was able to check into our second room. The good news is that they comped breakfast for five people as a result, which I really appreciated.

The view of the harbor was wonderful. The views from the room with balconies are also very nice. The breakfast was fantastic!!

Some guests returning to their rooms late at night were noisy, but not the worst I've experienced.

The restaurant inside the hotel was great! The crab soup was amazing, and very friendly/attentive service. Clean room with a great view of the harbor. My favorite aspect of the hotel was the free filtered water on the floor which was so convenient. Such a plus!

Per Booking website, it states "breakfaat included". In our case we didn't find that accurate. Once we were at check in we were told that $100 hold would be placed on our room bill to cover any meals from the restaurant down stairs. So, breakfast was included but with my own money, save the original hotel price per night. So perhaps some confusion there on one of our parts.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of our room. Given this was a new build property, everything was very well designed and still very clean. Very satisfied with our room. The view was lovely!
