A/C didn't cool properly. Was not in position to have addressed while there. Called front desk and reported & would have been nice to receive a credit of some kind since paid 'event pricing' for a room that otherwise would have been probably 1/2 the price

This property was not worth $500+ a night! This was one of the cheaper prices that I could find during FSU graduation weekend. It was outdated and the kitchen floor was dirty. We were given the wrong room number and tried opening the door scaring the poor lady inside to death. The front desk didn't give a heartfelt apology when both parties went down stairs to correct the situation. this would have gone a long way! They were not welcoming during our stay. not sure if that was due to the room number mix up or just how they react and greet (or don't greet) their guests.

The hotel was close to FSU. Having a kitchen was very convenient. The bed was comfortable. Allowing pets for a $50 fee was another positive feature.

I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 am. The lady at the front desk was polite, informative, and funny. The hotel was clean. The room was on the 3rd floor (room 324). Very clean, furniture was up to date, bed was comfortable, the AC was very cold.

Very pleasant staff at check in. the room was clean and confortable. The mini kitchen was a bonus we only used the fridge and microwave they were both clkean and in good condition. They had other cooking items you could borrow like an instapot, crockpot, games, books, and office supplies. very impressive thoughtful things at home that you might not travel with.

I still haven't received my $ 20.00, I was told it would be back on my card in a couple of days. It's a damage fee. I didn't damage anything. This is the second time that I was promised, that I would receive it back on my card.

I made an "upgrade" to a room, which turned out to be an accessible room. The recliner and shower were not what I expected, but that was my fault for not reading the description carefully.

The Candlewoods sign lit up at night and was so bright you could see it through the curtains especially up top reflecting on the ceiling. Made it a little tough to sleep. Next time we'll request the backside.

It was very clean. We loved the king pillows as most hotels given you tiny squares. We had a suite which was nice for the kitchen area to use. The pool was nice and kind of tucked away surrounded by trees. It was enjoyable. And thanks to the housekeeper for helping us get in our room as our key had to be redone later on! Saved is a trip back downstairs.

The room was a little dirty when we checked in, nothing too bad but still notable. I have small dogs so we had to move the recliner closer to the bed so that the dog would be able to get up and down from the bed safely and there were crumbs and dirt all under the chair. The bed also had some dirt on it.

I love that they have full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner available and Dove brand at that! The bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked very well, thankfully. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Noise level was low and tolerable considering this is a pet friendly location. Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we will be back next time we are in town for sure.
