We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bed wasn't very comfortable. Late in the evening the TV started making a really weird noise that was super annoying. There was no breakfast, which sort of makes sense with every room having a kitchen, but this lowered the value somewhat for me.
The rooms had a kitchen, which was great. Everything was clean and there were plenty of soaps, shampoos and towels. Staff was very friendly.

United StatesOutside my room in the hallway, it smelled like weed. The fitness center did not have enough of a variety of free weights, and despite the amenities stating there was to be a hairdryer in the room, there was not. Had I known there wouldn't have been one, I'd have packed one.

United StatesDidn’t like that was basically no service, if we needed a roll of toilet paper you had to go to the front desk and get it. if you wanted clean towels you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk and exchange them. Bottom line there was no service.

United StatesThe bed seemed a little hard, so at times, it was uncomfortable. There was one bath cloth that had been washed so many times that upon using it, holes formed.
The location was ideal and the housekeeper was wonderful. She had the most exceptional attitude on that Saturday morning. Loved her customer service!

United StatesBathtub wasn’t cleaned and when I checked out I told them to put the charge on my credit card instead of my debit card and my debit card and credit card was charged Last time we stayed a similar thing happened where we decided to pay cash and they also charged my credit card and said there was no way they could print me a receipt, so in the in I couldn’t contest it.. so much for giving them another chance to prove to me that they were honest. Never again
