I have stayed at other IHG properties before and have always enjoyed the breakfast. I was disappointed that this property does not offer breakfast.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. Late in the evening the TV started making a really weird noise that was super annoying. There was no breakfast, which sort of makes sense with every room having a kitchen, but this lowered the value somewhat for me.

The rooms had a kitchen, which was great. Everything was clean and there were plenty of soaps, shampoos and towels. Staff was very friendly.

Not up to date very old the beds and sheets were raggedy...they were twin beds n not queen beds..the refrigerators are out dated and not sturdy..the bathrooms remind you of a carnival cruise bathroom very small

Our bathroom door needed fixed drags on floor, and trash bags were sitting in hallway from the ones who live there. 5 days later hold is still on card for deposit and stay.

Outside my room in the hallway, it smelled like weed. The fitness center did not have enough of a variety of free weights, and despite the amenities stating there was to be a hairdryer in the room, there was not. Had I known there wouldn't have been one, I'd have packed one.

The room was clean and spacious, and my bed was comfortable.

There was mold in the shower in the bathroom, the refri the outside of the refrigerator was dirty, the outside of the microwave was dirty, the table in the kitchen was dirty.

Didn’t like that was basically no service, if we needed a roll of toilet paper you had to go to the front desk and get it. if you wanted clean towels you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk and exchange them. Bottom line there was no service.

At midnight the fire alarms went off waking my husband and I. Husband went to check it out and it was a false alarm. We really get much sleep afterwards.

The room was big and nice. We weren't expecting a kitchenette in the room but it was nice!

Check-in was odd. Not really greeted. Room tv didn’t work had to change rooms. Room tvs are too small. Light in bathroom above vanity not working. Cabinet with broken knob. Lamp with blown bulb. If we were moved to another room due to facility error- we expect to be upgraded! Simple customer service. My opinion

we were only left with half a roll of toilet paper for 2 days, and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. the TV was blaring when we first walked into the room and there was a hole in the top part of the closet door from where the entrance door hits.

The bed seemed a little hard, so at times, it was uncomfortable. There was one bath cloth that had been washed so many times that upon using it, holes formed.

The location was ideal and the housekeeper was wonderful. She had the most exceptional attitude on that Saturday morning. Loved her customer service!

Bathtub wasn’t cleaned and when I checked out I told them to put the charge on my credit card instead of my debit card and my debit card and credit card was charged Last time we stayed a similar thing happened where we decided to pay cash and they also charged my credit card and said there was no way they could print me a receipt, so in the in I couldn’t contest it.. so much for giving them another chance to prove to me that they were honest. Never again
