Fitness room is there but very small. Small compared to hotel norms.

It was clean. quiet, well-maintained and conveniently located. Easy walk to a good restaurant/bar. Shopping area was nearby.

The bed was too tall. I had to stand on my suitcase to get on it. I’m 5’ 1”.

Handle in shower needs to be done tightened. You can only take a lukewarm shower or really hot/cold as the handle falls when you put it on certain settings. Otherwise no complaints.

Nice clean property. Very close to a lot of food places. Not a far drive from camp Randall. 15 min uber ride!

The front desk lady was with no smile at all when we checked in this time. The first time (lat October) when we stayed there, another young lady at the front desk was very friendly. She gladly gave us directions on how to get to the trails and also suggested the restaurants nearby.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this place because of the location. We can easily ride our bikes to the bike trails system and decide whether we want to ride 20+ miles or just an easy 6 miles. There are also several restaurants we like within walking distance--big plus.

For late checkout, they only gave me until 11:30am, I usually get more time. I remember when all the hotels had 12pm checkout time instead of 11am.

Free breakfast is nice and the pool area is also nice.

The soundproofing between floors isn't great. My last two nights, I had trouble sleeping because of music and loud footsteps in the room above. The management did request the guests to lower the volume, which helped for a while. I just had bad luck, but ask for a top floor room, if you can.

The staff was very helpful; they allowed me a complimentary late check out on my last day. They also tried to help lower the noise from the room above me. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was standard; coffee was above average.

I thought our room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I liked the breakfast options. An included breakfast that includes fresh fruit, good coffee and warm food options is always great!

-Pillows were too small and uncomfortable to sleep with -i personally breakfast was not great. Even though we have a kitchen in the room, they could offer better varieties. I wasn’t happy about breakfast -house keeping every 3 days. I didn’t mind because I am a neat person and traveled alone so I could manage m, but it’ll be frustrating for some of moms who are with kids or messy partners.

-I stayed solo,female for IM Wisconsin race, most important for me was safety, location and kitchen -very closed to grocery stores, any other fast food, restaurant, parking space -comfortable bed -a bathtub -kitchenette with a large refrigerator is always plus

The location is great. We can ride our bikes to many trails from the hotel. The room is big. We put 2 bikes in the room and it's not crowded at all. There are good restaurants within walking distance but the kitchen is convenient to have.

No conditioner in the room, and shampoo left hair feeing like straw.

People staying there were occasionally loud in the hallway. The breakfast food is not great. The pet fee makes it more worthwhile to stay at a pricier hotel where they charge a per visit fee instead of per night.

Clean, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, standard breakfast (usual assortment of eggs, meat, cereals, waffles, etc.). Liked having a well-equipped kitchen in our room. Nice pool and fitness center, and close to Madison bike trails. ☹️Musty smell on carpet from leaky A/C unit (Room 411).
