Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sofa bed was ridiculously uncomfortable!
Nice 1 bedroom suite. Friendly staff. I liked how we could control the thermostat in each room separately.

Directions from website led me in circles trying to get to the building, in a town I had never been in before. Not good
Clean and allowed pets. I had a very short stay- got there after 11pm, did some work stuff, slept 4 hours and then back on the road.

Really liked the room, spacious and enjoyed having the large kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. Very good Dove products in bathroom. Would have liked to have known where to buy duvet cover on bed?

My TV was challenging to turn on - needed help two days in a row. Bathroom door very heavy for elderly mother. Party outside our window lasted until almost 11:00. Staff requested that they be quieter, but I shouldn't have had to ask.
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, good wi-fi, lots of pillows, coffee maker. Location was convenient for getting on I-70. Enjoyed being able to fix meals there and to have a good-sized refrigerator.

The water in the tub had a disturbing sound in the area where the temperature was neither too hot nor too cold. I'm not sure why, but it may be something to look into. NOTE: I did not complain to staff.
The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The location was excellent for the purpose of my visit, which was to meet my brother and cousin for dinner and golf.

Only complaint is the shower didn’t drain so you were standing in ankle deep water during your shower.
Great location right off 70. Staff super friendly. Brand new hotel. Super clean.

Noisy group in the room next door and car horn alarm outside my window several times at night. The elevator was broken when I was checking out.

I missed breakfast didn’t know they had it. Not sure if they did
The manager Ryan was amazing. He is so friendly everybody talk to him like they knew him so well I booked online like a Priceline and the room wasn’t what they had told me. I’d asked for two queens and he didn’t have that available but he did upgrade me to one of the handicapped rooms that was available that was an apartment type. So I didn’t have to sleep with my mom and a queen bed.

Can hear people upstairs constant elephant feet.. back and forth.. 12am then again at 6 am

There were a lot of people from the hotel next door outside. I was a little worried about my truck. That said nothing happened.

Not much. We only stayed one night so we didn't get a chance to experience much... we were in and out pretty quickly.
The rooms were decent, about average for the price of the room. Our room had a kitchenette so we used that. We also had our dogs with us and there were no issues. The property is clean and everyone was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

I wish there was a small pool, sauna, or hot tub after a long days work. But even without, it was a very nice place.
I loved the studio feel. The access to a miniature oven and a full size fridge if I was staying there for longer. The bed was very comfortable. It was extremely clean, the bathroom was spotless and shower was awesome. Especially because the shower head was taller than me and I’m 6’3” I loved the easy access to free coffee downstairs in the pantry and other paid items If you had a craving.

Several lights burned out on outside sign. Room carpet did not appear very clean.
