United StatesNo ice machines and no breakfast was offered. It was located right next to a run down Super 8 Motel which didn’t give us a good impression. And the lot in front of the building was empty, maybe more construction in progress?
All the rooms were located on the inside of the building and the property seemed to be a newer one. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash.

It was decent and for the price. We do like the other Candlewood Suites Hamilton Place a lot better.

United StatesIce maker did not work properly! Having empty business next door and the motel (that had no curb appeal, actually thought it was a closed motel when I arrived) in front of hotel was a bit off setting! Cleaning was not done daily with towels replenished or bedding changed!
Location was convenient to my needs!

United States1. It is in a bad area. While the hotel is newish, the hotel right next door was scary. The road the hotel is located on is in a bad area….very run down area. 2. I had sent an email through the Booking.com website to the hotel months before my stay requesting daily housekeeping services. The hotel’s response was to ask during check in. I requested during check in and for the first several days of my stay there was NO housekeeping at all. Each time I would walk down to the front desk but honestly the employees…especially the female hotel manager….did not care at all. Oh you are on the list…but yet no services. 3. We had a family emergency and had to check out (before noon one day early). The front desk manager at the time said no problem we will credit your balance but you have to have Booking.com call us to facilitate the process. I even asked them to put a note on my reservation to note this. When I contacted Booking.com and they called the hotel, the female hotel manager on duty said nope…too bad.

United StatesI didn't like every single thing about this hotel. They overcharged me. I was charged for a room two different times I needed two beds we got one. There was a burn hole in the front of the microwave riding it unusable.. I was also charged $100 deposit which I still haven't gotten back. The TV didn't work right the remote didn't work at all there were no curtains on the window there were no dishes there was only one dirty cutting board that someone probably sniffed cocaine off of. There was a woman outside of the facility when we arrived who had been severely beaten about her face and was tending to a very small baby it was a very sad situation cops were there but doing nothing ..There were suspect characters hanging out all over and in the parking lot of the hotel. The part of town was incredibly rough and a heads up would have been nice, thanks booking for letting me down again. The room was so bad we got up and left before first light. This hotel took more money from me and caused our trip to be ended fairly quickly. I will never stay here again and I will never suggest someone to stay at any of their hotels anywhere in the country. This disabled veteran is incredibly disappointed.
The only thing good about the trip was that at the very end after my ID had been left there the lady at the desk the next morning called to let me know she had my ID. And she would shred it for me since I wasn't going to come back to get it or pay $25 to have them mail it to me. Thanks for nothing.
