We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom wasn't cleaned and stocked before we checked in. We checked on around 7 p.m. Lady in the front walked into our room without knocking and didn't say anything just walked back out. It was all a little strange. No cover at check it to park under either.

United StatesThere was a problem with the tv it wouldn’t come on however Quida went out of her way to ensure that it came on and worked properly. However, on Sunday I had to go all day without watching tv. I asked the day shift receptionist how to turn it on or what I needed to do she said she didn’t know get with the evening shift. Quida came in at 3 and immediately came to room 300 and did whatever needed to be done to make the tv come on

United StatesHad to park in the back and all back doors were non operational. I had to walk all the way around the building with 2 handicapped kids just to get in after asking about the back doors and being told I could use them. There were no dishes in the room at all. The kitchen was the main reason I rented this hotel
