Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe room smelled like mildew. And there was food left in the fridge (big container of yogurt) the floor felt wet as if it had been flooded. This will be the last time I stay there. I thought maybe since I had my grandbabies with us (ages 3 & 1) that I could cook them breakfast, but with the way the room smelled, we decided to go elsewhere. I didn’t really sleep well that night bc the sheets smelled and they felt wet.
The first day as checking in, you could tell the lady at the front desk was a little bit overwhelmed because it was already 2 something in the afternoon and couldn’t find the cleaning lady bc she still had 3 rooms to clean. But the nxt day she was a lot better

United StatesRequested top floor & they put us on main floor directly across from staff laundry , people above very noisey all night long, & no breakfast. You have to go next door to la quinta to get breakfast. Too noisey and the pillows need to be replaced.
Location is great close to several restaurants & easy acess to freeway. Beds were comfortable ,but need new pillows.

United StatesExpensive for a place needing some upgrade and non functional items in room. Woke up at 1130 by water backing up in our sink in kitchenette even though we had not used anything there. No one available to fix although the young lady did her best. No offer to move rooms so we lived nasty water slow draining all night and luckily no recurrence.

United Statesthe room is old, outdated, shower/tub was stained and has a rounded bottom so you can’t stand flat in the shower; no dvd as mentioned in description, towel holder above toilet is rusted and the room I booked and paid for was not the room I received. The iron was rusty and I was afraid to use it. had to ask for an ironing board. this was NOT a King Executive Suite as I had booked. finally I was refused a copy of my bill at check out and told I had to get it from the third party booking agent.

United StatesThe hotel was not very clean, dirty carpet and a little outdated. There was no coffee in the room and the coffee in the lobby was empty most of the time. There are no ice machines at the property and the ice maker did not work in our room. The pictures online were nothing like the facilities. No seating area anywhere on the property and there was in the pictures online.

United StatesWhen I booked the room, I selected the option to pay at the property. They tried to charge my card at 3am twice which was 12 hours before I could even check in. Upon trying to check in, I found out my reservation had been cancelled. One person in my party was told it was double booked and that they tried to call me (They never did!!) and when I asked why it was cancelled, they said my card was unable to be charged when it was ran that morning. When I told them my card was locked because I selected to pay at property, they said "Well you have to call us and make that arrangement." They tried to reinstate my reservation, but they no longer had the double bed room that I had requested and they only had single bed rooms. The customer service was terrible. We ended up staying at the La Quinta next door. It ended up being cheaper and a much better experience.

United StatesSomeone had a keycard to my room one night they tried at midnight, next night is was at 1030 and 130 am. There card allowed them to turn the handle and open the door. The safely latch is the only thing that stopped them. First time it happen I called the front desk. After the lack of concern from staff, I didn't bother after. Will not stay there again the last night I could not sleep not knowing so I left before daylight.

United StatesUnwelcoming , they didn’t have towels , toilet was broken , my room was never cleaned and when asked the maid handed me a broom. She look like she was spaced out. After raising chaos behind no towels after driving 6 hours , I was given dirty towels. It was a horrible experience. The manager finally appeared she talked to be about what should’ve took place and resume to get some paper to back her well she couldn’t find it. I’d rather sleep in my car but I had my kids that’s how uncomfortable I was.
