United StatesThe rooms were comfortable size, well appointed, nice baths, good on-site parking, in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea near all the shops and restaurants. The staff were great. There was water dripping into our bathroom from above on the first morning (likely someone upstairs let water out of shower onto tile floor). It wasn't a lot and it didn't impact us, but we told the staff and within 15 minutes they offered to move us to an upgraded prmium room so that maintenace man could investigate the water. The premium room was larger than standard and had an electric fireplace, but the furniture, decor, and accessories were the same as thr standard room. There was also a bottle of wine waiting for us. Not sure if that was because of the water leak issue or its standard for a premium room, but either way we enjoyed it by the outdoor fireplace they light every evening. Finally, there are fresh baked cookies each day around 2pm in the lobby for guests to enjoy, and enjoy them we did!

I have so many wonderful things to say about my stay. I have wanted to visit Carmel for years and finally had the chance to this past weekend. The location is stunning, customer service A1, and the space is so cozy and welcoming! The fresh baked cookies in the lobby is such a nice touch. Everything is in walking distance so you don’t need to drive. If you are coming to the area you need to stay here! Can’t wait to come back!

United StatesThe property is charming and the room stylish. The location is great. Our room was on the small side. When you open the door, it touches one of the queen beds. The other queen bed is right by the thin bathroom door. We loved the pretty outdoor fireplace and appreciated the reusable water bottles as well as the convenient hydration station. Overall we had a pleasant stay. It’s pricey but that’s Carmel. Parking was easy too.

United StatesHmmm. I guess I wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger. The coffee machine broke in my room on day two but it was no big deal whatsoever.
Amber was super kind and very helpful upon checking me in as well as settling me up. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The on site filtered water station was a nice bonus! Location was phenomenal. I liked the fact that there was free parking onsite.
