Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe room was small. There were two beds where if they had one it would have appeared more spacious. Did not care for the train, which was across the street and because we were close to intersection he had to blow the train whistle. This went on through the night.
It was a reasonable price. Not too far from the venue where I was set up selling my product. It was very clean which was a big plus.

United StatesThe staff were not very friendly. Couldn't figure out where to pay and then someone came out and rudely told us to go around and shut the door in our faces. The area was right off the highway and felt a little unsafe. We even had to pay outside thru a window.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

United StatesUnfortunately the train & car noise prevented us from a good night’s rest. Our previous visit wasn’t this noisy. Probably will look around for a motel not so close to train tracks & no a busy highway in front.

United StatesNothing. We received more than what we expected and would stay here again if the need should arise.
The man at the desk was very friendly. Making the reservation and checking in were all fast and painless. We were able to sit in front of our 3 rooms and hang out without any issues. After our friends locked themselves out of their room 3 times, the worker never got upset.

United StatesThere is a train that goes through at least once an hour. And we weren't far from intersection so train had to blow it's horn as it goes through. I am not use to hearing a train so it was more noticable.
It was very clean.

United StatesAs mentioned above, we have stayed there several times over the years. We have never had any problems with the staff or the rooms. It's in a convenient location and close to where we need to be.
We travel to Cocoa for business and we have stayed at the Campbell Motel several times in the past. It's an older motel but there is nothing wrong with the rooms or Customer Service and we will be staying there again.

United StatesHighway 1 NOISE! Especially annoying were the motorcycles. And, the train tracks are on the other side of Highway 1, with Freight Trains running all day/night long, with extended crossing whistles. I managed to sleep through them, but hubby was awakened multiple times. (I'd been forewarned in reviews). All of the motel rooms face the road(US 1), and the tracks. So, bring ear plugs if a light sleeper. Bring an extension cord. Outlet near bed, but if you are needing to charge multiple phones, tablets, use CPAP, etc--you won't have enough outlets. If you want ice ( there is a bucket in the room), you have to go into the office to ask for ice-no self-service. Shower entrance is smaller than usual, and you have to step over a ridge to get into it. But, we are both on the chunky side, , and had no trouble getting in or out.
Very clean. Comfortable beds, pillows, linens. Refrigerator appreciated. (Microwave present, but did not use). Handy location for cruisers looking for a basic stay before embarking. 15 minutes from motel to luggage drop-off at Terminal 3. We're not usually "motel" people, but found it quite convenient to park right in front of our door. Made it so easy to unload and reload our vehicle. Decent water pressure in the shower. Bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner packets provided. Staff stopped at room morning of day 2 to see if we'd like the room serviced, or if there was anything we needed. Price was perhaps a bit more than it should have been, with few amenities, BUT, compared to the prices in Cape Canaveral this time, we feel we got a good deal. All things considered, we agreed we would stay here again, pre-cruise.
