Room wouldn't cool down to where the thermostat was set. Pretty warm in the room. Warm water not hot water for showers.

It was a very nice place. Plenty to do just at the facility

My only real dissatisfaction was the lazy river didn't have many floats and a lot of them were damaged or unusable. The mini fridge was very mini.

We were treated so nicely by all the staff. The property itself was pretty cool. It did offer a lot of activities for parents and children of all ages. We went with two children under 5 and still had a blast. Our room was very clean on arrival. The rv park also looked pretty cool. We ate at the breakfast buffet and thought highly of it with a fair amount of options to choose from. The pools and bathrooms were clean. And the view from the balcony rooms was stunning.

The shower had some mold in it. The beds are uncomfortable.

It's close to everything. It's dog friendly and there's things to do on-site. We've been coming here for years and do really like it.

Room Comfort • Bigger, more supportive pillows – to make the beds feel more luxurious and ensure a good night’s sleep. • Offering a “pillow menu” with different firmness levels could also improve comfort for all guests. Amenities & Details • Some guests note that a few extra in-room touches (like USB charging ports by the bed, or more seating options on balconies) would be helpful. • Expanding poolside seating could make the outdoor space even more enjoyable during busy times. Dining & Convenience • Adding more late-night food or snack options on-site could improve convenience for travelers who stay out enjoying Pigeon Forge.

Atmosphere & Theme • The lodge has a laid-back, tropical vibe in the middle of the Smoky Mountains, which makes it feel relaxing and fun. • The Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville theme gives it a cheerful, vacation-style atmosphere that feels different from a typical mountain lodge. Location • It’s right in Pigeon Forge, so you’re close to The Island, Dollywood, restaurants, and attractions. • The lodge still manages to feel like a retreat even though it’s in the heart of the action. Comfort & Amenities • The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with balconies that often have great mountain or river views. • The pool and outdoor lounging areas make it easy to relax between adventures. • On-site dining and easy access to Margaritaville restaurants mean you don’t always have to drive to eat.

My only “complaint” which really isn’t a big deal, is that I wish the pool was a bit deeper for my very tall teenager to enjoy but seriously, it was still 100% worth it.

We loved the staff, they were so kind & helpful. The pool was wonderful for younger children. We took advantage of the outdoor games & had s’mores as an activity. The beds were comfy & the stay was quiet. We can’t wait for our next stay.

Price and having to pay for parking

We loved our stay but it’s so expensive so we won’t be able to come often. We missed half the day of the pool because staff heard thunder, so we weren’t able to enjoy much of the facilities and that’s why we chose to stay there. But the staff were nice and the room was so clean!

I would recommend frosted glass on the glass wall of the shower for privacy if another person needs to go to the bathroom while someone is in the shower.

We loved the activities available for kids as well as the pool area that had a slide and was shallow for safety purposes.

Didn’t like that our room had a dog smell even though I’d read only certain rooms were dog friendly, so I assumed we’d have one that dogs hadn’t been allowed. The beds are listed as queens but seemed very small. Was disappointed that breakfast didn’t offer the big fluffy pancakes listed, instead had paper thin mini ones. Besides breakfast, Inside dining wasn’t organized, no attendant so we seated ourselves. After 15 minutes I went to the bar & ask for menu’s & made the worker aware we had seated ourselves inside. The next dinner once again no attendant so we seated ourselves outside, waited awhile before going to the bar making worker aware we were waiting on menu’s and a waitress. Was told they didn’t have one for that eve and we’d have to order at the bar which was extremely crowded/busy with people who were enjoying drinks, also was told we’d have to come back to pick up our food once ready. I seen lot’s of kids enjoying bikes, etc around the property, the road and parking lot was busy at times & I was concerned for their safety. Would be nice if they had their own biking trail to be safer.

The property was modern and had an upbeat vibe. Having the lazy river and pool just outside was awesome. Loved the different tube options @ the lazy river & our waitress there was amazing.
