When I was informed no one would be above us on the 3rd floor - the last night even w/ the ac on sounded like a giant walking above

3 levels - check in @ 4 pm w/ snacks available- Comfortable bed / free breakfast with large variety. Quieter options on the other side of the hotel available.

Our last morning there was no breakfast meat and they had egg whites. My husband does not like egg whites. There was not a whole lot of walking space around the hotel and no designated pet area that I saw. Overall, it was a good hotel with good service and the breakfast were usually good.

Things were clean. Staff was helpful and nice. The location was convenient for us to explore. The popcorn and cookies were appreciated. I enjoyed the pool, althought it was not too big. Rooms were pleasant and big enough to meet our needs. I appreciated that there was a desk with a good desk chair in addition to another nice chair. We stayed 4 days and were comfortable.

Toilet was dirty, it looked like cleaner was put in put never scrubbed. Pricing of room seemed high. There was a charge later for 'Safe' when NO safe was used. Air conditioner was not consistent with its output.

If you have more than 1 car, or it's big, parking is tricky.

I've stayed here before and it's a solid, reliable spot. When I'm there, I see people there on business (oil and gas workers who have to travel, fire crews, etc.), which pretty much reinforces what I'm seeing: you know what you're gonna get and it's reliably good.

Parking was tight. They said no trucks and trailers allowed. The first night I was there. They had two large cement mixers parked end to taking up eight prime parking spaces.

Very nice staff who worked hard to make everyone feel welcome. Property is somewhat dated and could use a deep clean. Breakfast and snacks provided were on point.

You can see some wear, but the stay here was much better than our stay at a similarly priced hotel near the mall. The other one was newer and prettier, but this one had better amenities and was more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. King suite had a door between the bedroom and the living room, which made it very quiet (no noise from the hallway. There were 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Also a second sink in the living room. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. Friendly man at evening check-in. Good breakfast.

The bathroom in my room was not clean. It didn't look clean or feel clean. I took pictures of what appeared to be mold on the shower walls. When I touched the grab bar it felt gooey and disgusting. The staff sent housekeeping up immediately and scrubbed it. It smelled clean after, and definitely looked better, but, the corner piece for holding soap desperately needs replacing...it will NEVER look clean. On the last day of my stay, one of the elevators broke down leaving us to push our baggage the entire length of the hotel. Sometimes things break, I understand that. The safe in my room never worked, and luckily I had no need of it, but definitely requested the $2.00 per day auto charge for the safe to be removed from my bill.

The staff was great. Friendly and responsive. Comfort Inn does a lot of things right.

Facets in bathroom, updated coffee maker and microwave

While the waffles were excellent, other items were just OK. The eggs were dry, the hash was too salty and the cereal for adults could be improved by adding granola. The coffee machine spattered coffee badly.

Location, spacious, good self serve (free) breakfast and nice dining area for breakfast , super friendly staff at the front desk, easy to get there and park, room was comfortable and quiet.

Only there for a night and quick leave in morning so we didn't get to have breakfast, but did enjoy popcorn and cookies and cucumber water. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location near downtown.

The inner curtains were tattered and the blackout curtains did not close all the way. The entry light by the full-length mirror did not work.

Carlie at the front desk was very helpful. Her customer service excellence warrants a pay increase.
