When I booked it was for the property of 1118 with garage access and hot tub, but I was placed in 1120 C with no garage access and no hot tub. The property managers stated they do not have a 1118 and booking.com made the mistake. With this change I possibly was charged for something I didn’t get to use.

Our bedroom door didn’t actually latch so it couldn’t be locked. The soap dispensers were not impressive. A lot of work to get anything out of them. Our shampoo dispenser had all leaked out into the tub. We ended up buying our own shampoo, conditioner and soap because they were pretty useless.

Modern, clean, lots of space, arcade games were fun, lots of bathrooms.

Overall, we really enjoyed it but if you were looking for areas to improve it would be the following: * Upon arrival the floor was very sticky * There was a ton of cobwebs, spiders, and spider webs on our balconies (front and back…especially downstairs in the back one). * Somebody before us had a dog that stayed there and there were still a lot of dog hair on the furniture and even our clothes when we got them out of the dryer * A/C vents made noise in the bedrooms

We really enjoyed the pool, pool table, jacuzzi, arcade, grill, and fact that the kitchen had everything we needed in regards to cookware. Also the location was great.

Wish there was an easier way to get in and out of the garage, there was no clicker and the keypad on the garage door wouldn’t work. Hot tub was also stuck on 97-99 temperature (my bath water is warmer than that)

Everything!! Would book again and definitely recommend! Cleanliness was on point and the way everything is setup inside the house is amazing! The community pool was a kid favorite and we could have spent our entire trip there!

There were an abundance of spiders and cockroaches in the unit, when I called customer service the woman asked what I would like her to do about it. I asked her to send someone out to check the unit and exterminate, they sent someone the last day we were there. I felt so uncomfortable with the amount of bugs in this unit I didn’t even stay the last night, we packed up and went home early.

TV in the main living room kept disconnecting form the Internet. Main bedroom shower was small. Had to put trash bags in my vehicle and take it to the dumpster. Should have some type of pick up. Shouldn't have to worry about trash on vacation

Location was great. Everything was clean. Garage was a plus! Decent size TV's in every room. Arcade machine was a good touch! Hot tub was excellent!

There were also no extra blankets. It does not feel like a typical vrbo. It felt like a hotel/ house with nobody at the front desk. There are so many great properties in the area. I would stay away from this one. Maybe with enough feedback, they can adjust the experience.

I did not like anything about this place. I never write reviews but felt inclined to share. I was not provided internet for the first night of a buisness related trip. There were roaches in the bedroom upon arrival. The hot tub had something wiped on the side of it that was fairly gross. I called about the internet issue on the night of arrival. The answering service could not help me. There was no guest book in the residence with directions. After me making several calls the night of arrival, they told me they would send someone out....nobody came. I was finally sent a password at 3am. I asked to be compensated for the issues, and they offered a very minimal reimbursement that came with a document for me to sign, indicating I would not share details of the visit. These reviews are important to me because I travel often and count on other consumers to help me select a good destination. I selected just to write a review. The local internet also went out on one other morning while there...this could not be helped, but management was slow to communicate the problem and then attempted to say my internet issue was on that day.....this was not accurate. There is nothing like gaslighted about your complaints.

I find out that there’s stains on one of the bunk bed’s blanket and there is a broken closet in the bathroom of the bunk bed room.

The housing is marvelous especially the amount of space with only how small it seems on the outside.

The lack of advertisement for the anemones that were there such as the room downstairs, a hot tub, kitchen appliances, and such no towels to dry your hands in any of the bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortable. The cobwebs everywhere are the dishes still left in the dishwasher only having one trash bag for a whole week And some other things Not able to check in early I was told somebody was there cleaning when we stop by no one was there was not able to use the garage door opener. I had to go upstairs down the steps to open the door to get into the garage.

It looks nice. The decor was pretty.

There was dirty linen outside of our house for 2 days. I asked to get it removed and no one came. The day we checked out a guy came and asked us to put bags in the house and I asked about the dirty linen on the porch he said I didn’t do that. At night they’re neighbors sitting out side on the porch and we weren’t able to enjoy it because there were 2 huge bags of dirty linen. There was a broken glass in the cabinet that was left there. We could have easily been cut. This was a beautiful home but the staff was careless with cleaning.

Only complaint would be the stairs because there's 4 levels so if you have a hard time going up and down steps you might have problems but I didn't mind it.
