The housekeeping staff did not replace our items when they cleaned our room. I had to ask for ice bucket liners and cups.

We didn't eat or drink at the hotel restaurant. It was dead and sterile.

Water is not available in the rooms, necessitating a walk to the vending machine, which is not functioning on certain floors. I suggest that you provide two or three bottles of water in the room, which can be charged at the time of check-out. This way, you can refill the water daily when you send your housekeeping staff to clean the room, and they will inform you at the front desk of the number of bottles they have refilled. You can then add the water to the customer account until the check-out process.

The bathroom was not clean. We had stained towels and honestly the bathroom smelled like urine which made the room smell a little.

I wish they did offer continental breakfast. The bed wasn’t as soft, but it was ok.

every 3days for room service no breakfast was included in accommodations and the drinks and amenities were very expensive. also weren't able to use the phone in the room to call out of the hotel. maid were not friendly front desk workers were very helpful and courteous. not enough soap, bathe wash and toilet paper in the room. everything else was perfect i definitely will come again me and my family.

the rooms was clean and welcoming, Ac is a bit cold but we understand love the bathroom, love the receptionists they were very helpful and pleasant, we had a wonderful time and you guys will be seeing us pretty soon again. oh i love the fact i can do laundry at the hotel.

We could not get the phone to work without being on speakerphone. We had a situation in the room requiring housekeeping and I was left feeling as if it was not taking seriously. We had to go downstairs after housekeeping left to see our options and was told we could check out and be refunded two nights stay which seemed harsh and unfair. The rep TR was a bit rude and while stating we woukd have to be out by eleven to take advantage of her offer. She didn't recommend any other place like perhaps another facility owed by you guys. I made a complaint and felt was being penalized for it. We were moved into a different room and the bluetooth mirror was initially not working 😕 or so I thought however I was able to get it working, once again awesome 👏.. Upon checkout days later, I encountered TR who was still hostile even though days had passed and it wasn't a big deal (for her) as we were the ones who experienced the bugs in the bathroom, not ants and was able to move on. My only complaint besides the hot tub not working for my sis who loves hottubs, 😀.

I enjoyed everything ❤️ proximity to shops on either side of the roadway, easy access to transportation, pool, on-site dining availability, fitness facilities, bluetooth capability in the bathroom mirror was awesom 🌞, rooms, well organized and equipped, friendly staff (for the most part). Will visit again with the family...

The company needs to make customers aware that when they take out a hold fee. That they still have to pay the entire room price. And then the hold fee is release back to them after they check out. If you are booking with booking now and it say book now and pay later that is means you normally pay the entire stay fee once you arrive to the hotel. Typically if you pay a deposit you pay the balance left when you arrive.
