Need improvements on rooms

Remodel going on, so parking was more limited. Plenty of room for cars to park, but I had a trailer with me, so had to park nearby. I was not pleased with the price for having to walk through construction. Towels smelled like drywall dust. No shower curtain. Couch was wore out and stained. I can understand the remodel, it is needed, but it would have been nice to stay in one portion of the hotel not being worked on where you didn't have to see any construction mess. Rate should have been half of what it was.

Location was great for food options and close to necessary places for the trip. I've stayed here before, so it was familiar. The room was clean, but in need of update which was going on throughout the hotel.

Wasn't advertised as under construction. The pool and hot tub were closed. Light fixture in living room wasn't working. They gave me a bulb, but socket was bad. Also no light over beautiful coffee station. And buyer beware, I didn't catch that breakfast wasn't free.

It was not advertised that they were remodeling and some amenities were closed. My linens were clean but stained.

The staff were great and the room was clean.

There was no mention of construction occurring on the property. Also, pool and hot tub were dirty.

We forgot an own pillow cover and contacted hotel through their web page after we chechked out on the same day, but no reposnse from hotel. Really disappointed.

The hide a bed was broke and uncomfortable, the shower leaked out of tub and breakfast isn't included in stay. They want you to pay $13 a plate

We stayed 4 nights at this location. We were told on check in that the rooms were only serviced every 3rd day. We felt that was a bit too long. Our room was not serviced at all during our 4 night stay. The tiny garbage cans were overflowing and we could have certainly used some clean towels.

I liked the room layout. It felt like we had more room with the way the bed was seperated from the couch area. The desk was a decent size and located very conveniently

Checking was a little rude. And both tvs in the room were unplugged from the direct tv boxes. But once that was figured out. It was a great room. Despite the fire alarm going off at midnight and after standing outside for a while no explanation on why just ok go inside.

The TV in the living room area was not working. I called 3 times and was told to just unplug it and then plug it back in. Well, it still was not working and the front desk was not any help. Also, called down for more towels and informed they would be brought up to the room shortly. Over a hour later I just walked down to the front desk and informed "opps, I forgot". The evening front desk person was not engaged in her job.....

Furniture and mattresses are tired and worn out. Trim and desk area needed sanding and staining. Cushions and pillows on pull out couch were pretty gross. Refrigerator needs to be replaced. Everything was either freezing or room temperature (room 319).

Staff is friendly and helpful. Quiet and comfortable.

I have stayed at the Ft. Collins Cambria twice in the last 6 months. Both times I requested an early check in ie 1p instead of 3p and both times I have been denied.

The room was clean. The reception area was attractive.

No breakfast served unless you paid first it. Given the price of rooms - and looking at.competors - breakfast should have been served.

The staff was pretty rude and abrupt. The people above us started stomping around at 5:30am.

My first night IDK if it was the room above or on same floor BUT between 2am-5am it was like they were moving furniture . SOOO loud
