I didn’t like the balcony not having any privacy. You are literally right next to each other with no wall. I also didn’t like the elevator situation. The lines were outrageous at times which would cause you to use the stairs. The beds were entirely too soft. The couch was worn and lumpy as well. When you sat on it, you kind of sank in it. I didn’t like that you needed to use the key card to turn on the lights. The amount of money one night cost me wasn’t worth the price.

I like the location of the property and the Bay view is the selling point. I liked the newness of the property. I also like the bathroom which was updated and clean for the most part.

If I have to mention a dislike, it would be the traffic and crowdedness of the elevators from people going to the restaurant on the 8th floor. I haven’t been but it seems to be great from the crowds.

This was our second time staying at Cambria and it was amazing yet again! The food at the View (restaurant downstairs), the breathtaking view of the bay, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the responsiveness of the staff made it a wonderful experience.

I did not like that they did not have service in the hotel room daily, only every 3rd day. The bathroom garbage can was rusted and the view from the room wasn't great.

The food was good at their restaurant on the first floor. It was easy to get what was needed in terms of towels, etc.

Fridge was way too small and its kind of stupid you have to leave the room key plugged in for electricity

Location was great between the bay and beach! Loved having the pool, gym, hot tub, and restaurants in the hotel too.

The first room balcony did not lock and the maintenance guy wanted to know how long we were staying. It didn't matter how long I was staying but for sure I wasn't going to stay with the door not being able to lock especially with the adjacent balconies so close. There were three women in the room. They moved us to another room, but the second didn't have the same view of the ocean as I reserved.

I knew they didn't offer free breakfast but they should at least offer their guests coffee and water in the lobby. When you travel with family not everyone wakes at the same. Coffee in the lobby would be great!

During my stay, the fire alarm went off. Fire department came and ensured everything was safe; however, the building engineer did not get the sirens to stop or the elevator to start working again in a timely manner. I am 7 months pregnant and my room was on the 6th floor, there were guests checking in with carts full of luggage. It was chaos.

The bathroom was not soundproof. It was clean but you could hear everything with the sliding glass doors. They were pretty but I recommend connecting your phone while you're in there.The hotel could use another set of elevators. The Spain restaurant gets very busy in the evenings and the same elevators to the 8th floor are used by guests also. It would be nice to have a shuttle to the boardwalk. It is a little bit of a hike for those with younger kids.

The hotel was very clean. We always had fresh towels and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
