The shower wall looked like it wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been but everything else looked good. Lots of noise and footsteps above us.

The beds were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom lighting was good to get ready in and shower was a good size.

I was disappointed to find that there was a $18/day charge for parking on the premises. This fee was quite unfair, especially given the overall cost of the stay. It would have been nice if the parking had been included or at least more reasonably priced.

I was impressed by the property's comfort and cleanliness. The new facilities add a modern touch, making it an excellent place to relax, enjoy your stay, and explore the Napa/Sonoma area.

The room was very pricey for the size, amenities (none) and design. The bathroom door was on a slider and didn't fit properly. The shower was adequate but not great. The property was very quite. The bar staff was lacking in attention and very slow. One of the bartenders may have been brand new but he seemed to lose the plot.

This particular stay was an anomaly. The first night, I go to take a shower after a long travel day and there is no hot water. I contact the manager and she comes up and operates the water, telling me she has never used the facility shower before and the water seems to be warming up after several minutes. I then ask her, do you think this is normal? Would you want to take a cold shower? I then explain that I have utilized this property for several years and this is not normal. She then asks if I would like to stay in the room overnight because she doesn't want to move me for the off chance another room is the same. I stated, NO, I want to be moved, so please check another rooms hot water availability and follow-up with me. She did, gave me a clear reason of why the room had issues (the entire third floor) and we were then moved. The next room was fine, but from there it got even more interesting. The next evening, my wife and I are relaxing in the room watching television and the electricity shuts off for nearly ten minutes. Then comes back on. Again, my wife and I are thinking, what is going on? From there, no more issues with the room and stable from there out. Very early the next morning, I'm relaxing in the lounge area by the always beautiful and inviting fireplace after my morning workout catching up on emails, etc. This particular feature has always been a favorite of mine, especially with it runnning twenty-four hours. As I am composing an email, two service workers walk in, lay down tool bags and with no explanation or even a safety warning to maybe move, begin to shut off the gas valve. They then begin working on the fireplace and I take that as my cue to move out if their way to another section of the lounge area. Again, things happen, but an explanation of why and the courtesy of asking me to move would have been welcomed on my part. Overall, the trip had many strange occurrences this visit, but I will chalk it up as a one off. I will be back.

I have been staying at The Knoll since it was formerly known as the Cambria. Over the years, it has always met my expectations as a first class environment. Great staff, clean/comfortable rooms and also comfortable and welcoming lounge facilities.

Paying $18 for parking outside was excessive. Also it is not within walking distance of downtown for a night event. It didn’t feel safe to walk in the dark. We like to walk but felt that advertisement was misleading.

Little road noise and a little bit urban area with traffic

Everything was perfect and location was close to vineyards...if your looking to be in a countryside setting then you need to know it's around businesses but the joy of the experience in the lobby is worth the visit to this area of town...very clean and wonderful staff!

The hotel is new and modern compared to other hotels. The location is good and there are quite a few restaurants around.

Location is a bit grim near construction and a mobile home park. Not really conducive to walking around. There really is no restaurant, just a place to get food.
