To clarify a few points for future guests: • Cleanliness: The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each stay, including all bedding, which is freshly laundered every time. Had you notified me of any concern, I would’ve addressed it immediately. • Parking Fees: Parking at the resort is $60 per vehicle per stay — this is clearly disclosed up front before booking and is not a hidden fee. • Scuffs on Walls: Minor marks can occasionally appear from luggage, but the unit is well-maintained and regularly touched up. • “Office Staff”: I manage this unit personally, and there is no on-site office for my property. It sounds like you may have gone to a third-party rental company that does not manage my unit — they wouldn’t have had your reservation information or been able to assist. • Service: You did not print the parking passes as instructed, so I personally drove an hour to deliver them to you — a level of service I’m proud to offer when needed. Had you communicated any of these concerns during your stay, I would have been more than willing to help. I take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-managed space for every guest. Our long history of consistently positive, top-rated reviews reflects the quality, cleanliness, and care we provide to all our guests - and we remain committed to making each stay a great experience.

I’m truly sorry to hear that the heated pool and hot tub were closed during your stay — I completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially since they’re typically open year-round. Unfortunately, temporary closures for maintenance are managed by the building and are out of my control, but I always do my best to notify guests in advance if I receive notice.
