WOW - staff were amazing - room was incredible with air con and fan which made for a lovely sleep in the heat. Goodies in the room - lovely atmosphere- wonderful relaxing pool - coffee and breakfast served in the kitchen - loved every minute of our over night stay and would highly recommend

Night staff was excellent, thorough communication leading up to my arrival. Beautiful ambience at night. Quiet and cozy. Great parking up front. The pantry is a huge bonus.

Our first stay, we had a murphy bed, it was not very comfortable, opt for regular bed.

The location is wonderful. We've been here twice, and we love all the little extras it offers, like the community kitchen, movies, bikes and adults only policy.

Clean/comfortable and cozy! Loved the place and all it had to offer. Very clean rooms and beds were very comfortable! Small self serve breakfast area but just right for great coffee/juice/bagels! Ann was great at communicating check in and Lynda provided great restaurant recommendations. Just 5 minutes from downtown area! Highly recommend!

The price when not in off season, tends to be on the higher end.

The hotel grounds are stunning! It is well kept and very clean. The staff are very welcoming! The rooms are a nice size. Some are remodeled and others as mine was are showing wear, yet they are very cleaned and well maintained.

I absolutely didn't like that booking.com didn't pay the hotel for our room reservations. I had to give Hotel California my credit card # and was charged AGAIN before we could check in. The woman in the hotel office told me I'll have to call booking.com to get a refund. I spent almost 3 hours of "relaxation "time trying to talk to someone. I called 4 times, after going through all the prompts and waiting on hold for at least 30 minutes the call was disconnected each time. Talk about frustration!! instead of enjoying the beautiful weather and property. The next day the hotel was paid and our credit card was refunded. I'll never go through booking.com again. I do miss the drinks and happy hour 😩

Love the temperature of pool, landscaping with humming birds. Breakfast is self service, kitchen is always open with snacks available, the coffee is very good. the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Romantic, charming little gem in the desert. Staff was super welcoming and helpful. We had a little glitch on the keyless entry, and it turned out they had a system issue, and some other problems, that resulted in me getting an upgraded room. It was marvelous! Candlelit pool and spa was a beautiful touch. We had a girls' getaway weekend and it was perfect. Also appreciate the snacks and beverages in room - very thoughtful.

All the lights at the property flickered the entire stay, very odd.

I had to book last minute, because my other hotel reservation was canceled without notice, and Maria and her team literally safed my life late in the evening. The hotel is in boutique style, very intimate and with so many loveley details. A 10/10! Breakfast and drinks in the fridge are included. Awesome! Thank you again, to the whole team.

From the moment my son and I arrived on our road trip for a three night stay, Terri and the staff offered excellent service. This small 16 room hotel was well located to enjoy the Palm Springs environment. It almost felt like a private villa. Would certainly recommend the hotel and hope to revisit when next in the area.
