we booked this hotel for pricing and pool amenities was not marked on website or hotel website pool would be closed due to maintenance on a holiday weekend. to not amenities to be able use as stated on booking.com and hotel website. front staff was unable to answer questions or talk without walking away. I would have booked elsewhere if I would have known

The area feels sketchy, I checked in late so it was through bulletproof glass that you could barely see through. The room smelled a little, saw 1 roach. It felt clean for an old dirty motel if that makes sense. It definitely wasn't nice or comfortable, but in utilitarian terms it did the job. I got an undisturbed night of sleep.

It was basically what I expected. I run of the mill interstate hotel. Check in went smoothly, AC worked, Bed was decent. I got a full night sleep.

There was construction being done in front of the place, but that wasn't really their fault. It just hindered the route a little bit.

Breakfast would have been nice. Not much to complain about. Traffic could have been better, due to construction, it couldn't be helped.

No breakfast. There was construction but we dealt with that. The price we paid was great than compared to what we paid in Naples. Staff was kind. We had trash taken care of and plenty towels, toilet paper.

The room we stayed in was not that clean there was mold in the corner of the bathtub and dead flies behind the floor lamp and behind the bathroom door on the ledge had hair and dirt build up

It was ok but not for a long work trip maybe for a night or two the area seemed to be a bad area cops everywhere looking for someone who kidnapped a woman drones helicopters and the noise is really bad a lot of construction going on and a lot of traffic

Not the hotel's fault, but there was road construction and part of the road was closed, making it difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel didn't offer any kind of breakfast.

I wrote to the hotel requesting a ground floor and my request was never acknowledged. We has a room on the second floor and it was very difficult to go up the stairs. I’m waiting for a knee operation. My request should have been looked at and they should have informed me that there were no rooms available on the ground floor before my arrival.

Property is convenient, close to I95 but the construction close to the hotel was very difficult to drive to the hotel.

the location was good, even thought there is construction going on thru out the location surrounding , it still was a great location, not far from downtown saint Augustine
