Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was great. The service was excellent and the staff at breakfast was cheerful and extremely helpful. Our room was great. The location was perfect for exploring northwestern Oregon. When our rental car punked out on our last morning, the desk staff was extremely helpful assisting us to cope.

Breakfast had a lot of options, but everything good kept running out and I had to stand and wait for several different items to be refilled; it seemed like they needed another 2 people to help refill stuff. For some reason the shower drain was unscrewed and sitting on the floor of the tub in the room. Not the nicest hotel I've ever been at but not the worst, pretty middle of the road; it provided what I needed.
I like how friendly the staff was and I liked how the soap/shampoo/bodywash was in dispensers and it was good quality. The pond in front is pretty. I liked the options available for breakfast.

Adjacent hwy is busy-busy, but access to/from hotel is ok if you're patient.
A pleasant place to stay, worth considering for access to many needs in sw Portland/Tigard/Sheridan/ West Lake Oswego areas. Adequate parking. Clean and quiet.

Must need to have a working Internet, as this was quite inconvenient. There was no internet, otherwise could’ve stayed an extra night.
The breakfast was excellent. Staff member Leroy was impressive and super kind to us and all guests alike. Very helpful and kept up to all the requests from the guests with a smile always. Very professional and courteous.

Rodney did a great job with bfast. We were on the 1st floor, which was good, cause the elevator was broken and we had a baby. Pool was great and hot tub.

There is one entrance and one exit. Trying to get into this hotel you have to make U turns at stop lights and redirect yourself depending on the direct you are coming from. The GM and I went rounds on the company booking my stay, but because I didn’t have a credit card authorization I had to use my own. I called my company to send over a CC Authirization and the GM personally had it sent over to get email. At the check out, The Audit told me the GM was not in, they were still waiting. I showed the audit my company’s email from the same day checking in, it was sent to the GM. The audit said she’d reach out to me and work with the GM to get it taken care of. Never received a call and my personal card was still charged. I STILL never got my request to have my company card charged until today. After numerous attempts to correct this, over a week went by and during that week not only was my card charged but so was the company card, BEFORE I called to tell them they charged both cards. The GM tried upgrading my room stay which I understand is courtesy for miss haps but the rounds I had to go with this GM is just poor professionalism.
It was near grocery, coffee, shopping & a gym.

The check-in staff member was very quiet, I am hard of hearing so that was a problem, and parking was at a premium.

This was the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's in a convenient location for me, very close to some friends, and with all sorts of restaurants and stores nearby. This most recent stay, I want to send my heartfelt thanks to the staff at the hotel for going out of their way to help me when I suddenly received word that I had to rush up to Vancouver, BC for a family emergency. Their kindness & compassion will forever be remembered!
