The breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh. There is a quaint sitting room where you can enjoy the breakfast that is available, which is free. The location is great short walk to restaurants, shops.

It was ok for us but notice there’s no parking on property- you can park to drop your luggage and then you need to go to a nearby parking lot 2-3 minutes walking distance from the property. Also, we stayed in the upper room and had to carry our luggage to the second floor without an elevator, which didn’t bother us but may be an issue to others

The house is very unique and very well maintained. We stayed in the “Green Room” which was huge, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay

The wifi connection could have been more stable.

Charming Inn with a lovely owner. He was super helpful, both in suggesting activities as in showing us a good time. I would 10/10 recommend this experience to anyone. He also brought fresh baked goods to the rooms every morning in addition to the small breakfast that was available for all guests in the community kitchen. The apartment itself was lovely and charming. It had a very authentic vibe for a b&b in the old part of a beautiful town.

The floors in our room were a bit creaky and the layout of our room a little awkward, so tiptoeing to the bathroom in the middle of the night was not so subtle. That's honestly the only thing that I could critique.

The location of this property is exceptional, located on Memorial Ave West just at the end of the Avenue of Americas. Anyone who has ever visited Newport knows how horrible the hike up the hill can be at the end of a long day downtown, and this property not only prevents the need for that hike, but is located between the Thames shopping district and downtown proper. The property was extremely clean, and all of the personnel we encountered were very nice. They made the parking convenient, even though it was not on the property. Our room was on the small side, but was advertised as such and had interesting pieces of furniture in it. I have no idea what bakery supplies the morning treats, but they were very delicious!
