The dirty sheets, the broken phone, the wake up call that I ask for at 10:30 that came at 11:00 which is check out time, the some of the lights didn't work, you can't change air conditioning temperature and the rudeness of the morning check out person.it

Very poorly kept grounds. Trash/bags of clothes on different locations of property. I had to walk my dogs so I saw it everywhere.

I suppose the other people giving this motel a 10 score are family or friends $82 for a Tuesday evening is bit overpriced ($60 would be more reasonable) Checking inn behind safety glass at 1pm although neighbourhood is normal and safe Girl walks away with your creditcard “in the dark” and comes back after a while asking for your pincode???? No way. Only raw blankets no sheets

Rude staff. The male that usually does check in acts as if he dislikes his job anytime you ring the doorbell to be serviced at the window. The cleanliness of the room was poor. I had to change sheets on my own which isn’t a problem but he made it an issue to give me new sheets. The refrigerator and freezer were both dirty. Housekeeping went to the room and didn’t clean it out after she was asked to. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The manager was very rude and the rooms were not in the best condition . The air conditioner in the room didn’t really work so went to go switch rooms and the 3 rooms I looked at was the same problem

The first room we had smelled horribly and the bed sheets were littered with burn holes, in our non smoking room. We asked to move to another room which ended up being directly next door to where we were, taking the pillows with us because we always end up asking for extra pillows. This room still smelled pretty bad but this time there were less burn holes in covers. After I lit my candle, the smell was masked. Someone came to check the room we just left and we were told to give the pillows back because "only four to a room." Whatever. Also, they don't have plugs for the bath tub, not even upon request. The refrigerator did not work. The dial on the fridge was turned all the way down, so we turned it up after we put our food in.We had yogurt, milk, and snacks that needs to be kept cold. I literally woke up at like 5 am because of a disgusting smell. It was putrid. I relit my candle and laid back down and couldn't fall back asleep. Once my kids got up, I went to grab the milk from the fridge and it was room temperature. Lovely. Aside from the gentleman at check in and the tub actually being clean...the rest of the stay sucked to say the least. I'm all about saving money, and usually the places we stay aren't bad at all. We always have a good time, but this one.... Man that was some smell.

The man who checked us in was nice. The bathtub was clean, though I did still clean it myself to bathe my kids.

I had to to ask for another room after walking into m The first room that was given, sink was falling off counter tops was falling off, furniture was in the middle of the room, it had a horrible smell and the bed sheeting was very first when I asked for another room the front receptionist had a complete attitude and asked me what is the problem with the room I told her everything and the second room sheets was dirty, holes in wall, mold in shower, mold on shower curtains .. I would NEVER Recommend this place the refrigerator was all rusty and Roaches all inside the room I did not feel comfortable sleeping on those beds I had to sleep on my own Sheets and the air in that room was just completely horrible the outside of the property was very poorly maintained. For 101.00 I should have stayed at another hotel across the street. Do NOT Let Pictures Fool You

It was kind of dirty. Moldy shower curtain and stuff in drain. Toilet didn’t want to flush and the ac didn’t really work. Also not much hot water. Pillows were not very fluffy. Booked one king bed got two small beds..

There was nothing about this trip I like they made me miserable and feel isolated they never tell you when you check in they just have you sign a paper that you're not allowed to have any visitors or guests this is not a hotel this is a Nazi prison camp everybody should be fired their customer service skills are horrible

I didn't like anything about it they were rude and arrogant and when I had a visitor come they tried to keep my money throw me out of my room and tell me that I wasn't allowed to have any guests at all the man at the front desk is obnoxious rude and loud and should be fired

I very much appreciate a smoking room, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which I also appreciate very much. The only thing my girlfriend and I could have used was a laundry facility. Other than that it was perfect and I will stay there anytime I’m in the area.
