The air conditioner did not work properly. We had it all the way up, and it literally would cool the room down a bit anf then shut off until I became super hot. It didn't regulate correctly. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The shower curtain holder isn't hung properly so the curtain slides down and let's the water get all

The place could use an upgrade, towels and bedding look like they are from the 90s.

It was convenient location wise from the wife's family. It is a fairly clean and comfortable place to stay.

You can hear the neighbors clearly if they fight. But how often does that actually happen? Not a big issue.

Affordable. It was not the most modern facility but I also didn't pay for it. If sleeping comfortably in a good bed is more important than a big room and new chairs you won't use anyway, then this is the place for you. Additionally, as its a motel, I loved that I could just drive up to my room.

Small issues like, some things needs updating the light switch some of the towels needs to be replaced.

I booked for and paid for a King size bed and ended up with a full size bed. The room didn't have much space to move between bed and TV stand.

The staff is very nice. Clean and quite location is convenient to a lot of things.

Definitely needs repairs. The bathroom door had breaks in it where it looked like someone had tried to break it down at some point. The microwave was missing the front part of the door (had no handle to open it). The TV was kind-of on the small side and the remote had this very "sticky", grimey feel to it (I think from whatever was used to clean it). I didn't like that we couldn't control the heat! I NEVER use the bedspreads at a hotel to cover up with because I had read somewhere that bedspreads rarely get washed (it was a hotel housekeeper that posted about it). Other hotels I have been too had a light blanket under the bedspread... This place did not. It was just a sheet so I ended up going to the store and bought a couple of throw blankets to keep warm (it was chilly in the room and we could not adjust the temperature). Overall though, for the price I did not expect anything fancy. It was only for one night and I would probably stay there again as long as it was only for a 1 night stay.

Location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and only a 15 minutes drive to University at Buffalo. The room was clean although the sheets did have some stains on them. Quick check in and check out. Price was fair.

A no frills mom n pop motel, it's clean and welcoming. Yes, it's an older property, but care has been taken to keep it relatively current. The rooms are ample size and the beds are really comfortable. The owner is friendly and engaging.

The property is at a good location like 25 minutes drive from Niagara Falls. There's a gas station nearby and few restaurants.

Location excellent. Room clean. Water for shower quickly hot. Comfortable for 1 person. No breakfast but was not expected. Easy wifi connection.
