    The house keeping doesn't speak English so we were unable to get clean towels.

    Bedding not clean , pillows not comfortable , shower curtain needs to be replaced , bathroom toilet needs repair

    How the rooms all rooms don't got mini fridges And microwave And the doors seem like they don't Lock good enough

    It does need some renovation. Staff did their best to help us with some things related to the need for renovation.

    The accommodation needs a lot of TLC. Like come on, it costs about $20 to replace the disgraceful bathroom door; why are they not fixing these things? The top bed No coffee machine

    The location was great with Dunkin Donuts right across the street. The fridge, even though it was noisy, was a bonus as was the microwave.

    Rather pricy for a 2 star hotel and no mirror to see when we brush our hair or to brush and floss our teeth, yes I floss my teeth so a mirror is needed. I was a housekeeper before and stayed at other hotels and never experienced having the front desk check my room before we left especially only a 2 star hotel now if I was a 5 star hotel I can see.

    The manager allowed for my to have a later check out, that didn't effect my deposit, unless 1 min into the next hr. At which our agreement would be, 25$'s out of my deposit. Yet, the desk clerk that checked me out, would not relinquish the other half of my deposit. I didn't even stay that fully paid hr either. Felt as though that check out clerk pocketed half my cash deposit. Then gave me no option of/to dispute the loss in/of the other half of my deposit.

    I like/loved that the desk clerk that checked me in, was very patient, provided me with customer service numbers to make an amendment to the booking. She promptly assisted me through to a perfect resolve. She exemplified a steady expertise, w/readiness to push through any problematic issue. As well as being consistently willfull to have resolve w/their guests. Actually, she was so wonderful, she truly deserves a raise!

    Didn't like when we were checking out after a week stay and a room change....the manager Mona decided to keep our deposit which we paid $60 instead of $50 because they didn't have change. The staff was really nice so it was disappointing to end our stay with such bad news. The second room wasn't ready and we came back twice and housekeeping said to take out time they will let us know.

    We enjoyed the hotel attendant Amanda she was AMAZING!!!She was kind, patient and extremely helpful..

    they hold a 50 cash deposit but do not tell you the cash register is not open until 8/830 Good luck is you have to leave early interesting way to make more money

    No coffee maker or continental am offering.Bath mat was the equivalent of two washcloths sewn together;unsafe.

    Booking was confirmed,no problem checking in.$50 cash refundable damage deposit was unusual.Room was clean w/a/c,good lighting and wi-fi.Staff were pleasant

    You have rooms and what you need no frills here but affordable and friendly staff. Deidra was amazing! Rooms could use some TLC and updating but hey proximity of everything and great staff. I

    Upon checking in I was greeted by what would be the most pleasant part of my stay Deidra was a total sweetheart and had great recommendations!

    Unfortunately, I did catch covid while I was staying there. I know I did not catch it there I caught it at work. However, the staff treated me like I was a leper. I told them when I was sick and running a fever of 103.7. the manager immediately freaks out and tells me that I have to get an Uber and check myself into the hospital. After they consulted with their boss, they sent an armed security guard and I do not do guns. I am handicapped and have severe PTSD. When I tested negative twice I was clear. Yet the staff still treated me horribly. They demanded I produced the negative test and if they would have been nicer about it I would have quicker. My doctor was out of town and I could not get in touch with him after I tested negative and my pharmacist did the testing for me on a personal level. She could not do it as a representative of my place of employment. They broke several laws regarding HIPAA and Ada laws. Not to mention one day after my second negative test the manager was still giving me a hard time and I told her I was going to come up there and show her the negative test. She said that they were going to lock the door to the office and not let me in to talk to them. They did just that after putting out their cigarettes. After all is said and done they decided to kick me out under the not an extended stay policy. They gave me less than 24 hours notice and the statue transient versus resident requires 3 days notice. I was not prepared for it and I stayed caught up on my bills there. The latest I ever was about 20 minutes. Waiting on my paycheck. They said I could come back in a week or two but why would I? They tried to say that they didn't know that my dogs were with me and I told them before I made the first reservation. I'm very courteous and kind but I don't understand why I was treated that way. The only employee that was cool with me the entire time was Annette. She told me they were looking for a reason to throw me out.

    I liked being 5 minutes away from work that I just started in Pinellas again. When I first spoke to them I told them that I had two service dogs with me and they were cool with that. Everything went great until I got sick.

    There was a leak from our AC coming into the room, which made it smell like mildew. We had to keep the door open for fresh air.

    The staff was super friendly! Even let us check in earlier than expected.

    The sheets and blankets had spots over them they were clean. But you can tell that they're been used a couple of times because they're were spots all over Behind the bed was dirty. Remote control didn't work too the TV. And it's a lot of crackheads that stay there. And prices go up and down every day. And the manager she's somewhat rude and I don't understand how she's the manager but don't know how to work the computer system.

    The parking lot up front was pretty tight fit. I drive a Cadillac DTS which to be far is a long car. Which limited the spots i could park in to about 4 spots. There is a much larger parking area available in the back but requires you to walk all the way around if you have a room up front. The A/C wouldn’t stay on, Once they area the ac is in would hit 61° it would turn off leaving the rest of them room right around 70-65° until it would cut back on

    Was decently Close to various food places. It was also about 30 minutes from the aquarium, 45 minutes from the zoo, and about 45 minutes away from clearwater beach. Has a pool that is open although I didn’t go swimming or see anyone swimming.
